WOW!!! I would give 100 stars if I could! I’ve had foggy glass on a large bay window that needed replacing for some time, but I thought I’d have to replace the entire window unit. Nope! I called Jack at ASAP and he was available that same day to take exact measurements for 3 windows. He replaced the glass with beautiful dual pane glass that was even a better quality than the original Milgard glass. He was in and out in under an hour and I could not be happier with the results. Jack really knows his stuff. He’s being doing this for over 15 years and you can tell you’re in great hands. I’m going to have him do 6 more of my windows that have developed a fog over the glass due to weather conditions. I know this may sound naive, but I had no idea that I could just replace the dual panes and not the entire window itself. I’m so happy I called ASAP. Excellent job at an excellent price. I contacted ASAP Glass through good reviews on Yelp. Man was it a mistake, I've dealt with Glass companies before for my personal home and businesses, ASAP Glass are by far the worst. First off, they keep missing their appointments to come for estimates, which was fine with me because I was in no hurry. They keep missing their measurements, on what dimensions I requested, but Neo(?), I'm assuming is the owner, keeps blaming it on his guys not telling him the right measurements. You hire them, stand by them or get rid of them, stop throwing them under the bus.

When is time for their big job, it was bad, Their cut around my thermostat was terrible, leaving sharp edges around the perimeter and does not flush to the sides as you can see on the posted photos. But this I didn't complain. My complaint was, after the glass was glued, I notice there was a huge crack from the bottom to where the cut was, there was also a small chip where the bottom metal plate come in contact with the glass itself. When I call Neo to come and see the damages, his first reaction was very rude and defensive, he first puts the blame on me for breaking the glass without even seeing the damage itself. Then he continues to tell me that they make no guarantees on the glass! so if they do the job and anything is wrong with it immediately after they left, the customer is on the hook, even it breaks due to the glue job, or pressure cracks. He then promised to come the following Monday to inspect the damage, Monday comes, no show. I called and he promises the following Monday, again no show. This continues for 4 straight Mondays. After missing 4 Monday appointments, he emails me promising to come, and guess what? he misses that and 2 other email appointments. So at this point, the guy knows of his errors and instead of fixing it, he hides from it through missed appointments and hoping that we'll just forget about it. Anyone who is planning to hire them for glass work better make sure to ask them if they stand by their product, if you don't, you might end up being abandoned by them if they screw up like what they did to me.

I hired this company to replace two badly cracked windows we had. I was starting to worry about them shattering unexpectedly and wanted to get them replaced a soon as possible. They were quick to come out and give me and estimate. I was lucky that they had an opening the next day and were able to get me in. I really don't think five stars is enough to give them. They were highly professional, excellent communicators, and their rates were fantastic. I will be using them again without hesitation. Thank you.

I needed some glass work done for a new project at my office building. I called and got through to Neo right away. First impression, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about everything I needed done. I got the estimate and was shocked to see the price. I had been shopping around for estimates for a while and when I saw the estimate this company had provided me with, I jumped on it. When they came for the work, it was actually finished earlier than estimated which was a plus for me. Everything went smoothly and highly recommend this company to everyone.

I needed to replace the glass on two of the double pane windows which were broken. I called the company who installed windows initially but I wasted two weeks without any callback and they put me on perpetual hold when I called them again!! Enough already, I'll give the business to someone else.

So I called a couple of companies from google and ASAP Glass called back promptly and I was able to accomplish the estimation and sales process with only one visit to my home for some measurements and they turned around a competitive quote very quickly. They were so professional and had such a great vibe.

Once scheduled, the technician arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated timeframe. The quality is excellent and I'm very pleased with the result. I'd recommend ASAP to anyone looking for installation!

I had ASAP glass do a double pane patio door and a frameless shower enclosure for me. The patio door took about 1 week to be ready and the shower enclosure less than a week! Both work are done perfect. Product is great and workmanship is top notch. I will definitely call ASAP glass for my glass needs again. Thumbs from me 🙂
