I want to give a huge thank you to Nick and Eric for their outstanding service! The windshield repair was completed without a hitch and in a very timely manner. They were incredibly professional, patient, and kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care, and I truly appreciate everything they did. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future window needs, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about the fantastic experience I had with them. I appreciate the guys here at Atlas Auto Glass Paint & Body. They do such an amazing job. Awesome customer service and atmosphere. I felt very welcome when I came to get my window fix. I arrived before the shop opened as advised. The person at the front desk was kind and informative, and there were no issues with customer service initially. However, I drive an old Honda Civic and felt that my car was perhaps given lower priority compared to other, newer vehicles.

I went to a coffee shop next door to wait for my vehicle, as I was told it would take about 2 hours. After more than an hour, I returned and noticed that my vehicle was still parked outside while other customers, who had arrived after me, were being attended to first.

Despite arriving at 9 AM, I waited until 1:30 PM, watching every other customer receive their vehicle before me. When I inquired, I was informed that there had been an issue with the order of my windshield. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that my vehicle had been unfairly pushed to the back of the queue, even though I followed all the procedures and arrived on time.

While the front desk staff was kind, the person managing the vehicles should be more fair and mindful of those who make appointments and arrive punctually. Due to this experience, I feel compelled to give this place a one-star rating.

This is by far one of my worst experiences, I was quoted 500 flat for a windshield window and a back shield window along with a tint for my back window by Leonardo, I get to the place of business just for the lady in the front to tell me the tint guy was never there on this day and I can’t get the tint. Ok cool. I let it go even though it was miscommunication on their behalf. I then asked for proof of the life time warranty, because ANYTHING can change with the policy over the years.. they stated they don’t have anything to show just keep your receipt. Ok, then I go view my car and they left all the tape on the car , they didn’t even care to try and clean it up for me or anything, when I asked about it, dude named Kevin (don’t even know if that’s his real name) had an nasty ass attitude, stated he can “help me” remove it, as if it was my job when I just spent my hard earned money for your business cause my money could’ve went else where. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied cause my back window have a glare in it

Super price and service. They had my window and were able to take me within an hour, after I’d woke to find my car window had been smashed overnight. They charged me 1/2 what I’d been quoted by Safelite. Highly recommend going to Atlas for all your auto glass needs!

Needed my rear passenger door glass window replaced. I googled auto shops and found Atlas. Got a text from Sina, sent a photo, and received a reasonable quote. Other auto shops offered $300-450, but he offered it for $257. Came in and the receptionist was very nice. We didn’t have an appointment but they managed to get us in. Within an hour and a half, the glass window was repaired.
Staff was polite, service was great, and work was done earlier than promised. Very convenient for someone who’s busy and always on the go.
