These guys came by, couldn't do the job, left damage and wanted money for a job they couldn't even start on. They tried to pry out the door. Who owes who money?

They tried to pry out the window and bent my window frame in multiple places. It's not the just the aesthetics, and there are seals in between that have gaps now. See attached pictures.

Suggest you guys look elsewhere.

Love these guys! They scheduled an appointment with me right away, arrived on time, gave me a great estimate (actually came in about $1k less than another company!) and were able to repair all 7 cracked window panes on the spot. They were professional, kind, and provided quality work. Will absolutely be using them again in the future!

I've used these guys for years. They aren't the cheapest, but they do good work and stand behind the finish.
We've used them several times to place mirror in bathrooms. Each time, they come out measure height and width of the wall and also for placement of the sconces. When they come back to install everything fits beautifully and all looks great which is what you would expect from a full service glass shop.
The reason I've given them 5 stars, is one time we had an issue. The backing on the mirror they had placed in the bathroom started to fail... After only about one or 2 months, flaws in the mirror began to emerge. Making the new mirror in our modern bathroom look OLD. I called the guys at Atwater S&G and was concerned when I realized they hadn't been keeping a record of my prior purchases. But apparently my repeated business wasn't a criteria for standing behind their work. They had went with a different (cheaper) supplier. A mistake I'm sure cost them plenty. At mine and my tenant's convenience (several months later). They completely removed the old mirror and replaced with the better quality glass free of charge.

I went in to get new tempered glass for my fireplace doors, but ended up having to make multiple trips due to their mistake with the measurements. The first glass I picked up was too small, and the replacement was a tad small but acceptable. I decided to find a different glass shop, since I don't want to deal with measurement mistakes.

I've been shopping here for many years; I keep doing business with them primarily because of their convenient proximity relative to my house and rental properties.
I DO NOT go to big home improvement mega stores for any of my windows, closet doors, screens, shower doors needs before stopping at the Atwater Screen & Glass Shop first; this little shop always satisfied my needs faster with reasonable prices; in the big home improvement stores you need to wait to have a chance to talk to [usually] a careless employee, but at the Atwater glass shop, the minute you walk in you will deal with knowledgeable owners who will give you answers fast.

Very bad service. Guy comes over and removes my screen before he gave me a price! I immediately called the office and Vince said "I'll have my guy put the screen back on at no charge". What! No charge. The dude took the screen off without my approval full stop. Why would I have to pay anything!
