We've used Autumnwood for 2 projects - our beautiful Timbertech deck was done first and we were blown away by the professionalism and work ethic. They were going non-stop in sweltering heat yet remained very polite and professional. For us it was the little things like not throwing garbage all over our yard, not using bad language or inappropriate talk while working, breaks were very short and they just wanted to do a quality job and get it done on time...and they did! So we had them come back during their off-months (winter) and assist in finishing our basement. Another great experience with constant work, good quality and doing little extra things because it was the right thing to do. We are having them come back for a third project - a deck around our pool - and we can't wait to review that as well!

I would highly recommend Autumnwood to anyone needing to build a deck. I spent months trying to find someone to work with me on planning our deck. Everyone either had unreasonably high bids or were unable/unwilling to do a permit. Enter Bayn and his crew. During the bidding process he worked with me to design the decks/porches in ways that met my needs/wants and made sense structurally. He also had insight into the codes and made suggestions that saved us money and hassle. He also was willing to use some new structural hardware that we wanted that he hadn't before.

His bid was solidly in the middle-high range, but they were worth every cent. He was clear about his schedule when he bid the work in Nov 2021 and that the weather would determine if we got a deck in 2021 or had to wait until spring. Luckily, the weather held out to the day they needed to dig the footings.

His crew then finished up the decks quickly and beautifully, taking our family's egress needs into account. His crew of two and he finished both decks in five (very cold, sometime snowy) working days. While they were on site they were respectful and CLEAN, even vacuuming up the metal shavings generated by the railing install, which was above and beyond and appreciated.

We built our weird @ss dome home a couple years ago and it is nice to have decks finally. Autumnwood is definitely a company we would hire again. It is hard to find someone that listens and treats the client like they might have a brain in their head too. I can't say enough nice things about our experience with these guys.
