These guys do great work! I used B&A multiple times during my renovation for things that required work beyond my capabilities or my time capacity - this would include reparing an entry door from the attached garage that had never been right my whole life (I grew up in the house). Finally, someone who was able to cut out the origianl garage foundation and perfectly fit a standard size door that closed properly and sealed during the winter! They did a great job with the drywall on a house that seemingly had zero studs or rafters at 16" on center (a HUGE pain for anyone hanging rock). The siding and windows look great! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help, and I have numerous times already to family and friends! Thank you for helping me transform my childhood home into the home we always knew it could be!

New front doors were purchased and installed in August of 2018. They have never worked properly from the beginning. Sometimes they will lock. Sometimes they won't. They get stuck in the unlocked position even though you "locked" them for the night. Sometimes the locking pins come out on their own as you exit and keep the door from closing behind you. The repairman has come several times to "fix" them, but is really at a loss what to do. Calls and even registered mail to please do something have been have gone unanswered or ignored. Here we are two and a half years later, still trying to get the doors fixed.

I went into being a class here in Rock Falls to get glass for a window the guy told us that would be 2 to 3 days and it's been a week I called them back to see if it was done she said that they were all working on a bigger project right now and I haven't heard from

Called them yesterday (12/6/16), said they would come by around 4:30-5 to do an estimate and never showed or even called. My husband called and left them a voicemail. They finally call @ 10 the next morning saying they ran into problems with the job they were doing. Ok I understand that, but you could have called last night and explained and I gladly would have given you another opportunity.
