We had a great experience using BarnCo for our shed! We went to the Berlin location and they had an impressive amount of sheds on display to help us decide what we wanted. The employee Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. The stone pad installation and delivery of the shed was as scheduled and the employees were friendly and hardworking. The actual shed is impressively built and even the hardware is high-quality. I’d definitely use them again if we ever needed anything else.

The people here are so kind, honest, and knowledgeable. We needed more space outback to store kid toys and our ride on mower, since we only have a one car garage. From start to finish the process was seamless. We even received a beautiful gift basket a few weeks later thanking us for our business and we were invited to a free bbq on site with food and homemade ice cream. We purchased a 10x18 shed from the Swedesboro location on their customer appreciation day in June 2025. We bought a shed directly off the lot. Within 3 weeks, they built the stone pad and delivered the shed. The staff at Swedesboro and delivery personnel were very respectful of our property. Having bought an 8x10's shed through Barnco, I bought my 14x30' garage through them as well. I had a concrete pad poured for it according to their specific dimensions, and the structure fit on it perfectly. The delivery crew had a lot of trouble getting it in place, with the ground being soft from recent rains, though eventually they got it settled.

The crew that came to finish the installation anchored it to the pad with expansion bolts and did a good job of installing the doors and touching up markings on the paint from installation.

I had custom "barn doors" built for a garage-door standard size (so they can be removed and a roll-up door installed later if desired) and the doors are lovely and fit well.

Overall, I am very happy with the structure. It's exactly as I requested, and well built. The only oddity which I didn't anticipate is the base of the wall is 6x6" pressure-treated beams, on top of which is fastened the traditional 2x4" sill plate, which was necessary for transportation and is normally part of the wood floor in a gravel pad installation. So I can't push shelves directly up against the walls, because the beam sticks out 2" further than the 2x4 sill plate. The beam is cut away at the door openings, and covered outside by a skirt that overlaps the edge of the concrete.

About a month ago, I purchased a shed for my property. I worked with Sam from Barnco Woodworks in Berlin NJ and the experience was just fantastic. He provided excellent help and guidance on the shed that would best meet my needs. I brought a 10x14 shed and it looks fantastic and has plenty of room for what I want to do with it. The quality is just superb! The delivery was on time and watching them put the padding and bringing in the shed into the backyard was a work of art.
