Everything was easy-peasy. They were on top of everything & coached me through anything that I needed to do. Basically, that was only to get the city permit. The first day, Ray came in to install the new water valve. In & out in 1-1/2 hrs. He showed up on time, & was polite & respectful of my home. 2nd day, Alvaro showed up to do the installation. Again, he was also on time, polite & respectful of my home. He also put mats down to protect my carpeting. He was a very focused, efficient young man, running up & down those stairs. There was very little odor or noise. And he was done before 5:00 so that I could get on with my day. He answered all questions, offered information, cleaned everything up, and offered to help put furniture back in place. An absolutely delightful experience. The appearance and actions of the employees are just as important as the product that a company puts out. Bath Fitter appears to have perfected both. I'm so glad that I chose them.

Our installer, Cam, was very knowledgeable and personable about the product!! He was well-spoken and punctual and kept me in the loop through the entire install process as well as the care and warranty on our new product. I wish all of our experiences with contractors were as pleasant as this!

Had a spa tub taken out and added new tub and surround.Looks beautiful. The installers Cam and Gerardo were great! Very thorough and very respectful. They know their job very well. Cleaned up after and did a great job.

The initial appointment was with, Bill. He listened, explained the process & suggested product. There was also financing available which was an asset. The office manager, Jamie was professional, pleasant & easy to talk to. She arranged set up time/appointments. The process was in steps. Each technician was prompt, efficient, friendly & respectful of property. The first day Cam arrived to open wall. The second day, Ray arrived early for plumbing, then Dillon installed the tub lining & walls. Dillon did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend Bath Fitter!

We had such a positive experience with Bath Fitter. Our sales person, Kevin, was very knowledgeable but not at all pushy. The installers- Cam, Gerardo, and Ray were top notch and they left the bathroom and hallway spotless when they were done.

VINCENTE was EXCELLENT. He did over and above what I thought to be an excellent job.
He not only told us what to do as the floor
had what looked like rust residue, he removed it. He cleaned up quickly & it looked like no one was ever there. He worked the whole time quickly and efficiently. You are lucky to
have Vincente. If any of my family needs
Bath Fitter, we’ll be sure to ask for Vincente.
