Went from a 1 piece fiberglass shower stall to this fantastic tile shower in less than 4 days. Shower handle was loose and they came the same day I called and took care of it. Great job and a great price.

When we were ready to remodel our bathroom/closet due to mold, we called Bath World and were beyond thrilled with the results! Cameron and Ricky were our installers and definitely brought their A game. Their quality of work was above and beyond what we had imagined. It was so easy to work with the team, pick out what we wanted and they kept us in the loop with any changes. One thing that will keep me a customer forever is the fact that they won’t try to upsell or take advantage. Tony and his team are the most honest and hard working guys in the business! I highly recommend them for any work you may need. We will be scheduling them to do our guest bathroom and kitchen in the next year and we cannot wait to see what magic they work next!

EDIT: The owner reached out and apologized for everything, sent out a new team to finish/complete/fix anything that needed it, they explained that the team that worked on my kitchen was half way out the door and our job was their last, the person they sent out to fix everything I could immediately tell was a step above the guy before, how he spoke to me, his level of understanding and detail of our complaints, wish we had him from the beginning, but the company did make it right. Thanks to Bathworld for not just taking my money, company cares about their reputation and will make it right, much appreciated.

I'd like to start this review saying that we did get the kitchen we wanted in the end and are happy with the results.
With that being said, It basically felt like we had to tell them what to do. Absolutely ZERO respect from most of the workers that people actually live in the house. They didn't cover my floor during demo, they didn't clean up at all at the end of the day, we literally had to ask them to clean up at the end of the day and also had to ask them to come pick up the giant pile of garbage they just kept adding to in our garage. You will pay a higher end price with this company but they do NOT give you high end attention to detail. They will if YOU point it out to them, but they just don't seem to care about the quality of the work they do. Also, the designer, which is who brought our ideas to life on screen for us, was not involved in the process AT ALL once work started, which seems pretty bizarre if you ask me, seeing as they can be the ones to make sure the job is being done properly, maybe that's intentional, but we thought she would be way more involved. Unfortunately for them, my wife is a hawk for attention to detail and while we did our best to "trust the process" it became clearer by the day that if we didn't speak up, they thought that was good enough.

Lighting: Make sure you are clear on what you want.

Conclusion: This review was much longer and more detailed however post review I was informed that the entire team that worked on my kitchen was let go (due to continued issues that I was having on multiple jobs) and Eric (owner) sent out different people to correct and fix everything. So while they could have had a better team, they did reconcile everything and made it right.

From our first meeting with our designer, Bill on our bathroom renovation project, and then with a pre-installation walk through with Tony, we were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge before construction started. Our installation team of Dmitri and Artem were unbelievable. Their hard work ethic and high quality standards were outstanding. We had a challenging situation with our renovation and Dmitri and Artem exceeded our expectations. Long days and commitment to finish in a timely and high quality completion were challenging yet successful.
We were waiting for the finish of this project and have committed to having Bath World and More do a bathtub/shower reno to a walk-in shower. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

They are top notch! I had a terrible experience with a different contractor when we remodeled our Jack & Jill bathroom three years ago. I was very nervous about going through the process again. Bill was our salesman and he assured me the crew would take care of us. He kept his promise. Once we were scheduled, the crew took only two weeks for a complete bathroom makeover. Even though they were fast, the work was meticulous. They communicated regularly and wanted to do the best for us. I've had lots of renovations completed for things over the years but this was by far the smoothest! I highly recommend them!
