Most businesses were overwhelmed, and getting a quote—let alone a timeline for installation—felt impossible. Adam promptly arrived to take preliminary measurements and provided a fair and transparent quote. Once we approved it, paying was easy—they even accepted an online check, which made the process incredibly convenient. Mike then followed up with precise measurements to ensure everything was perfect.

A few weeks later, their professional team arrived like a small army. They worked quickly and efficiently, removing the broken remnants and installing the new window in under two hours. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

UPDATE 2/11. Late for a meeting to my discuss my complaint regarding multiple instances of being late. Read on for details. I received a text yesterday (see pic) because they don’t like my post. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! As you can see I was allowing a window for the call even though at this point what can they really say. Agreeing to take the call meant being up almost 24 hours and messing up my night to day transition AGAIN. I stayed awake until noon sharp then went to bed even though I was so tired I was lightheaded. I had agreed to be available for late morning so I was keeping my word. Even more problematic this time as I have a flight first thing in the morning as I have to travel for medical care. SHOCKING- didn’t call during the time they offered and I agreed to. I got a text at 2:30 pm asking if I was still available. Um no. There is still the final work that will need to be completed when I can finally get the inspection. I finally found an outside company to do the drywall work that they failed to show up for the appointment time for previously. Sadly at this point I believe my future dealings will have to go through an attorney as I cannot continue to have the severe disruptions to my life. My work schedule is my problem but every client should have respect for the value of their time and the expectation of keeping to an agreed scheduled times. ORIGINA POST: I had previously posted a negative review regarding a complete lack of consideration of appointment times and regard for my time. I was sincerely apologized to and removed my review. Then I had a repeat problem so here I am again. Previously a had an appointment for between 8-9 to finish up some last minute work that was supposed to take 2-3 hours to complete. I work 3 jobs with my full-time job being overnights so I have limited time and generally only have 1-2 days off a month. At 9:30 I get a call saying due to my location it was more convenient for them to start their new job first before finishing mine and so they’ll come at 2pm. It was assumed I guess I have no plans or obligations and just sit at home all day. I complained as I had made plans since they should’ve been done by 11am so they did come earlier arriving a little after 11am. I had to cancel my plans on one of my extremely limited days off. I was called by the project manager and they even requested a call to include the owner to apologize stating that the problem was a miscommunication amongst their team. Since they seemed so sincere and apologetic I accepted the apology and removed my post. Of course that doesn’t get my time or cancelled plans restored. Fast forward to today when I had another 8-9am appointment for drywall. Due to some unexpected issues some construction had to be done that was not the fault of the company. As I had no days off I scheduled the appointment for when I got off of my last of 7 days of overnights and planned just not to sleep until he finished since I have to switch over to working days at my other jobs starting tomorrow. I rushed home from work in case he arrived at 8. Well that was for nothing since I later get a text at around 8:30 saying I’ll be there around 10. Clearly a clients tine has no value whatsoever. Given the prior issues and lost time and the fact that deciding the appointment time meant nothing I told him just to forget it. Now I am stuck having to find someone to come do the drywall (won’t be until March with my schedule). I can’t have the inspection until the drywall is complete so I assume I’ll miss out on the Duke rebate since it ends at the end of February. I also need to have siding done since it had to be removed, so I’m hold with that now to. This is going to be a multi month issue. The work that has been done is very good but I truly regret having embarked on this project. It’s ridiculous that arrival times mean nothing and my life is now a stressful mess for the foreseeable future.

Everyone at the company was very helpful, polite and prompt, from the sales rep, Zeynep, to the office supervisor Kimberly, as well as ALL of the conscientious service and installation technicians who completed the install. Everyone I dealt with made the process so easy to handle, and from the time of the estimate, to signing a contract and having the window order placed, and then installation it only took 3 months. I'd heard horror stories about the length of time it took some companies so I was glad not to encounter this problem with Bay Glass & Window. The install techs were also very careful in and around my home and cleaned up behind themselves to perfection. No dust or mess at all and they only took one day to do the entire job! My thanks to bay glass and window.... again! This was my second time to use them. The first was an entry door and window. They did an outstanding job. Every employee was courteous, competent. Their attention to detail and their desire to please us as customers was amazing. So when we decided to do all our exterior doors and windows they were our first call. Once they were notified of our choice it was a steady stream of contact with information. The team that did our install were as before, courteous and willing to do whatever was required to make us happy. They were fast, competent and cleaned up as they went along. Bay Glass and window were great to work with from start to finish. I replaced four windows with hurricane rated ones in my block home and am really happy with the results! one required some stucco repair which they coordinated. Zeynep walked me through the options and estimates and the install crews were friendly and clean. I appreciate Brad for troubleshooting one issue and to Eric and Sam for fixing the screen. Great communication from the office on appointments, billing and permits. I will use Bay Glass again for the rest of my windows and doors!
