Ryan was very communicative about the estimate. Crystal was extremely nice and informative about the process. The crew was punctual and efficient. They made sure I was happy and had no issues with me pointing a few things out while they progressed. My house looks great and it was so fast. They pressure washed on Wednesday, came back on Thursday and did all the stucco repair + painting. I got a solid price and a cash discount. I also got the peace of mind if a reputable local company. They used high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Along with the house they repainted the garage door to match and allowed me to pick a beautiful color change for my front door.
I was so please and astonished by their efficiency I even tipped all the painters.

We had a friend of a friend help out with some of the damage in the short term, and Bay to Bay still beat their price with all else they completed. Ryan, the owner, came to check out the damage and deliver our quote. He was so knowledgeable and ensured his office was in regular contact with us until the job was done. Called and scheduled an appt on a Monday to get an estimate, no shows. Call back and they said someone came by and no one was home (untrue, I was waiting to show what we needed done). Office said “estimator will be in in 30 minutes. I’ll have him call and email you the quote”. No call, no email. Called back on Thursday, same story: estimator will be in in 30 minutes. I’ll have him call and email you the quote”. Same thing, no call no email. Called back today (following Monday) same thing: “estimator will be in in 30 minutes. I’ll have him call and email you the quote”. Told them to just forget it. If this is how you get to potential jobs, I’m not confident you will be able to handle my request. Feel a little bad, cause the lady on phone was nice, but the same story, different days at different times. What a waist of time.
