Don’t recomend for tenting. Facilities are well maintained but camping sites are very tight and not private whatsoever. When you’re at your campfire you’re starting at your neighbor at theirs 15 ft away. Bring soap for the restroom as none is provided.

It's a great field. No firepits, tables, or bathrooms. Literally just a grass lot. It worked for what I was there for which was parking for the Maine Coast Half Marathon but for camping, there's nothing to be had. And it's hard to find because it's actually back in the mobile home park to the south. Maps navigates you to the north side of the mobile home park. It was very confusing.

I'm a seasonal at Beach Acres and it is the best park on the Seacoast. Reasonably priced compared to most of the parks and less than a mile to the water. Owners are super nice.

The experience itself was good. Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly. Overall, we had a great experience. Only issue for us was the amount of skunks that walked around at night. They were not afraid of people and very food driven. One came right up to my chair and stole a marshmallow. Another night, it came right into my tente because the kids had left food goldfish crackers there. They were not afraid of humans. Having said that, we only smelled skunk 2x in the five nights we were there. But definitely a problem that needs to be dealt with.

We really enjoyed this campground. Our full hook-up site was in the back and quite spacious. No planned activities and not wooded like your typical campground, but very well maintained and the grounds are very nice. Many seasonals, and this campground has a trailer park style setting, but there are quite a few transient sites and a nice area for tenting. We thought we would sacrifice being in a nice campground to be near the beach, but we were surprised at how well run and enjoyable this place is. Plus this campground is in-between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport and the trolley service (across the street) is excellent, despite delays with all the traffic on route 1 near Ogunquit. Friendly staff and seasonals. The pool is really clean and there's a large playground area. Many children meeting here or going to the nearby ice-cream shop. Quiet at night as well. Many campgrounds were booked but this one takes reservations 2 days before arrival. I booked by email and had no problems. Oh and did I mention how close it is to the beach? Just 3/4 mile away. I recommend taking your bike or even the trolley for 1$ (free for 18 and under). All in all a great stay and would definitely return when visiting the area.

Nous sommes restés à ce camping du 22 au 26 juillet 2019. Nous avions réservés jusqu'au 25 mais avons décidé de prolonger d'un jour car nous y étions trop bien. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu mais notre enveloppe nous attendait à la réception avec notre laissez passer. Au téléphone lors de la réservation le personnel a été très très courtois. Notre terrain était grand et bien situé, dans la section X. Nous pouvions avoir un terrain près des toilettes mais nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi celui dans le X car juste à côté des toilettes il n'y avait pas d'intimité. Les douches et toilettes étaient hyper propres et ce, en tout temps. Nos journées se sont passées à la plage et nos fins de journée à la belle et propre piscine. Nos enfants de 5, 8 et 9 ans ont pu se divertir aisément dans le petit parc et à bicyclette. Ils n'ont pas besoin d'animateurs et de grosses activités. Le site est très bien situé à mi chemin entre Wells et Ogunquit, près de tous les services et de notre plage préférée à Ogunquit. Le stationnement à la plage est 25$ sinon vous pouvez prendre le Trolley vers la plage de Wells pour 1$ par personne ou encore pour vous rendre à la plage à Ogunquit vous devrez changer de Trolley donc celui de Wells (1$) et celui d'ogunquit (2$) ensuite 3$ total juste aller. Pour deux personnes ça peut être bien mais pour 5 c'est plus économique de prendre votre véhicule. À noter que vous ne pouvez réentrer au stationnement vous devez payer à nouveau alors n'oubliez rien ! Nous reviendrons certainement à ce camping, abordable, très propre, personnel courtois et aidant, beau site très calme. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié. C'est vrai qu'il y a beaucoup de saisonnier avec des maisons mobiles mais cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé. Une section du camping est dédiée aux tentes si vous préférez. Nos voisins dans les X avaient des tentes et semblaient apprécier leur terrain.

This Campground was very clean, quiet, up to date, family friendly, and the staff was very nice. Our site was located within the permanent sites, it was spacious and the neighbours were very friendly. The Swimming Pool was large with lots of seating area, the Playground was well set up and had new Equipment, and it had a very nice Gym area with lots of Equipment. The walk to the closest Beach was 3/4 of a mile. There was an Ice Cream stand across the street from the Campsite and a Grocery Store within a mile. They Trolley passes right in front of the Campsite, it brings you to the beach. Ogonquit is only minutes away, with lots of Stores, Restaurants, etc. This was a nice place to spend our Holiday.
