Mohammad can't stop lying and giving the run and around and dodging calls. The worst customer service in my entire life. If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. He clearly has no respect for his work or for the customer. I call from other people's phones because he doesn't follow up and honor his word. Sad thing is I heard this used to be a great business. This man is ruining it. There is no exaggeration in anything I'm saying. Don't let the food price fool you. Worst business I've ever tried to do anything with ever.

I own a fitness facility and reached to them because one of my existing mirrors is detached due to the paint coming off, which is most likely from the humidity over the past four years. This is a clear safety issue for my clients and employees. I explained this clearly, but the rep I spoke with was more intent on me replacing a mirror that was not damaged but simply detached from the wall. After texting the requested info and two phone conversations, I was told he would send a tech out. I then reached out to follow up, and then I was asked to send a picture, which I did. However, it's clear because there is no need to replace the mirror; my business doesn't interest them, and so there has been absolutely no response or any type of communication since I sent the pic. This is sad and poor customer service to prospective clients. This business is clearly only driven by greed and not passion or purpose!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Biggest scam artists, liars, and cheats. We ordered a custom glass and they templated incorrectly. He refused to fix the mistake. He removed the glass from the job site and he offered a refund instead. However he gave us a check for only partial the cost, and that check BOUNCED!!!! Don't use him!!!! Dishonest thief!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. They replaced a window and it fell out the next day. They also replaced a bathroom window and broke all the tile around the window and left it. I had to argue with them to pay to repair the tile. waste of money and time to use them.

If I can give this company zero stars I would they are very unprofessional and great at lying and giving you the run around in regards to your order. This Company use to be great under previous ownership. Don't waste your time and money with this establishment.

Made a 100$ deposit for a window.
They couldn't provide it. I asked for my deposit back and they gave me the run around.
Spoke to the owner (Muhammad) at least 3 more times. It's always an excuse and "call me later".

It's 6 months.

I wouldn't leave a deposit there again

Run and save your time and money! Look somewhere else.
We order the wall mirror, agreed on the price and paid the deposit over the phone. I was calling a few times a week to check on the status. Mohamed (seems in owner position) was never there to answer and never was returning the calls. Then promises start pouring out..will be in before the holiday, right after, on Friday, no, no Monday. OK Tuesday for sure… All lies! Than the last call came in, with the surprise. “We gave you a wrong price. We want $200 more. Take it or leave it.” Kind of too late to change the price plus horrible customer service.

They are AWESOME I highly recommend them, had a wonderful in home repair job done and I'm thrilled with the entire experience. From Jeanette that answered my call and was super helpful and knowledgeable not to mention personable to the gentlemen that came to my home to do the repairs these folks are TOP NOTCH I will definitely be doing business with them in the future if the need arises and recommending them to friends and neighbors.
