SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
I recently inquired about a new windshield. I paid the $50 deposit. I was scheduled for a 9 am install. Called several times was told tech was on the way! No one arrived until 7:00pm. He had the wrong windshield and after wasting my day was told I wouldn’t receive a refund due to the cost of transport. The owners are husband and wife I believe but he proceeded to talk degrading to me and then hung up when I told him I would be calling the bank as well as the BBB. I wanted to take a chance on a small business even after I read the previous reviews.....DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!! Very unprofessional and literally they over charge!!! I got my windshield completed the very next day for $150 cheaper! They are SCAMMERS!

After getting our car broken into while visiting Atlanta, these great people were the biggest blessing! They were fast, friendly, and professional. They came to our rescue even though it was late on a Friday afternoon in the middle of Atlanta rush hour. I would recommend them to anyone. Good people!

Made appointment for a Saturday showed up without all the stuff needed to replace. Waiting 4 hours of my time. Rescheduled for Monday said to show up during my lunch break. 6 hours later still hadn't shown because of traffic, so they missed that appointment. Got told would show up at 10 am on Tuesday. 12:30 finally rolled in. Waiting more of my time. Replaced it while I was working so couldn't get payment. Windshield that was put in was so dirty I had to wipe it to see on drive home. Next day I had no phone service for 12 hours. They had called almost 6 times or more for a payment talking about getting police involves etc.. I had cash for them Saturday and Monday if would have shown up on time. Then to waist that much of my time which is very valuable to me, then threaten me over 300 dollars they had to wait 12 hours for.. Never again. Worst auto glass business I have ever worked with.

We were on our way to Savannah and a rock flew up from an 18 wheeler and shattered our back passenger window. We call Bernard Auto Glass World and from the lady who answered the phone to the tech that met us off the exit— service was superior! Highly recommend this business! Thank you for getting us back on the road! Great service and exceptional quality repair!

LOVED IT. The receptionist is so great she helped and addressed my concerns. The service was great my windshield is new and everything is back to normal. Best of all they were preferred by Allstate and my claim process was seamless!

This is a crooked company that will lie to you. They were incredibly unprofessional. I wish I could give them less then one star. Avoid giving them you business and any of your credit card information.

Ha, what a joke. This company is replying with more lies. I was never refunded any money nor was I compensated for their lies. Their reply is totally garbage and a 100% complete lie. I stand my my review, NEVER USE THIA COMPANY!

This place is the absolute worse . The repairman was over an hour late and when they came out they left glass in my door saying it’s going to fall out on it’s on. They didn’t get My VIN number to file my insurance claim and when I told them they can get my VIN number when they come back out to clear the glass out my door they just charged my credit card that I paid my 50 deductible with $299 dollars.

If I could give them less than a star I would have! They take no responsibility for there poor service and the owner will argue you down.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They saved the day when our car was broken into at the Hotel indigo Atlanta airport. They picked up the window glass from the car dealer and had it all fixed by the time we got back in town! We were so lucky to find them!!!
