She has helped me through some very difficult situations, and has a manager and office staff to back her up. Her company has an excellent web portal for managing all business. This review is for Mohammad Nadeem of Best Property Management. I currently own a rental property that is occupied by a family friend. When his lease is up I'm planning to turn the home over to a property management company to deal with future renters. Not knowing much about how property managers operate I reached out to Mohammad Nadeem of Best Property Management. Mohammad provided a thorough explanation of how the relationship with owner and property manager works. He was very transparent about expectations, management fees and other related information. Mohammad answered all my tough questions and gave me a lot of good reasons to go with a property manager. At the end of our conversation I felt informed and more comfortable with the idea of letting a property manager manage my rental property. When the time comes I'll definitely be reaching out to Mohammad for his services.

Reese with Best Property Management worked remarkably hard to get us into our new rental property in just 1 week. He listened to our needs, responded quickly and communicated through the whole process. He came through with his commitments which is extremely important during the stressful time of moving.

Our family is also grateful to Best Property Management for having…. 1) front office staff to answer phones in a time of need 2) have plenty of staff to show property quickly, even same day, 3) have a HEART!- which seems harder to find these days as a tenant.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience from any property management team. Starla and her team including the manager Brendon are terrible. They constantly make mistakes, show up late to walk throughs and don't do a proper walk through. Try to add on extra charges outside of the walk through and don't give you time to fix it. When they are in the wrong, they get defensive and start arguing. I wouldn't advise anyone to list the property for rent with them or rent a house through them. Save yourself the headache. Truly the worst company.

My wife and I moved to Brentwood short notice due to my job. When we downloaded Zillow we were searching for anything and everything, but it just wasn't perfect or the homes were already closed on. Fast-forward to our last stop.🛑 Out of options and frustrated, we contacted Best Property Management and spoke with Brendan Reese. I will say that I am not the person who would give out a 5 star review to any person or business, but I have to give credit where it's due. Brendan Reese went out of his way to make sure my wife and I found the home that was best for us. He put us in contact with all the appropriate points of contact to make our move as smooth as possible. Reese has always been easy to talk to about any concerns and he got us exactly what we were looking for.
