Awful customer service. Contacted them about fixing our office door and they never got back to me with an estimate. Sent several emails & called, no response. The man that came out said we needed a mag lock system, that our latches were not the correct type for that door. After not hearing back from them, I contacted another company (Atlas) who were very eager to help. Technician came out quickly and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. We did not need a new system. It was a simple fix that only cost me less than $200.

I needed a kitchen cabinet door to get some glass placed into it and I couldn't be happier with the decision to choose Blanton Glass Systems. David was phenomenal. His customer service is 10/5. The turn around time was exceptional as well. I fully recommend giving them a call for any glass needs!

Poorest customer service ever. I've called them maybe like 5 times to fix my business front door. They sent a tech to fix it and he didn't know what to do. Said he would come back after talking yo his boss but now I can't get anyone to call me back. Set back a marketing plan I had. The worst

I called them to get an estimate on a residential glass. I even emailed them through their website as well and no one ever got back to me. Seems they need to work on customer contact experience.

They have been out twice to "fix" our one door. Every visit to have a look is $195 service call and the repair both times was almost $1000. The door just broke AGAIN. I asked why we are being charged ANOTHER service call and why they have not fixed the door properly. Amy Blanton sent me an email saying they are not going to help us further.. They fail and they quit customers.. Not Integrity!

The staff is knowledge and very friendly. I asked them if they can put a rush on my order and not only did they do that for me for free, but they also caked me several timesto give me updates on when it would be ready.
