Went into shop looking for a table chairs for my out door space. The store is very clean organized and set up nicely. The lady greeted me when walking in and gave me a nice tour around the shop. She wasn't pushy and had lots of product knowledge!! I felt very taken care of and excited for my new purchases ! Can't wait to see my new items in my outdoor space!!! Thank you guys for being great attentive and kind! 5 stars!!!

We moved to Brentwood 6 months ago and we wanted to get a spa for the backyard. Trisha showed us several different manufacturers and types of spas. She never rushed us or tried to get us into any type of system. She was patient and allowed us to think it over. We went back a few days later and purchased a Jacuzzi 6 seat lounge system. The delivery techs were prompt and kind. Once I had the system connected, Omar came out and walked me thru the start up process. We love the spa and use it frequently. My next purchase is going to be the Green Egg. Trisha, Kendall and Omar were fantastic. Great place and great buying experience.

Bought a solar butterfly and the solar lights lasted a couple of weeks. After that they would.not work. We paid over $50 for a defective product and can't even get a store credit or refund. So disappointing especially when I have proof but no original receipt unfortunately, that I bought the solar butterfly from Brentwood Outdoor. I guess a bank statement isn't good enough. I guess they will go.broke if I got a 53.39 refund or store credit. You've lost a customer for life.over petty funds.

Bought a fire pit with glass for protection.

Fire pit is great and was delivered over 3 months ago. Still waiting for the glass.

Service is very poor. No updates have ever been provided. I have called over 10 times and the answer is the same - "we called the supplier and am waiting for a call back". Sometimes they also say "we should receive it by end of next week"

Long story short... Very poor customer service. Items are great but my recommendation is
