My shop unfortunately was broken into mid october. So we had to replace front store glass door and the glass to our showcases

Brian arrived to measure everything and got everything ordered & installed in a week. We didn't mind waiting because you can't beat the price he gave us! Being a small business that suffered a loss it was important to stay on budget and still get the quality glass we needed to keep our shop safe from future incidents.

I believe the particular laminated glass we wanted has to special ordered. But we are happy with the outcome.

I had Brian Diamond Glass install a frameless shower door/enclosure in my primary bathroom 4 years ago. 2 years after that, the door started to lean towards the stationary part, and the tops were scraping against each other. Obviously, when dealing with glass, this is a dangerous situation. After several calls, Brian finally came out to take a look and claimed that my walls had shifted. I offered to pay extra (if that were the case) to have the door adjusted or replaced, so it would not hit the other glass side. He promised to look in his warehouse if they happened to have a smaller door they could switch it out with. Well, after that he ghosted me, and they NEVER entertain my calls anymore. Absolutely shady customer service and company DO NOT USE. I ended up having to pay another company $250 to adjust it AND provide lifetime warranty.

I was extremely happy with the work Brian Diamond Glass did and how reasonably priced they were. I had a custom glass order that was not only intricately designed but a quite large. The service was personal and genuine while the quality of work was exceptional! I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects!

I have used Brian Diamond Glass more than once and have had a great experience each time. The work is solid and the price is right. I sent him over to my mother who works in commercial real estate. She was very happy with the work and will use them again.

I first meet Brian Diamond and company 3 years ago while working in Smyrna. I had hope that his personally ran business would translate into higher customer service. I was sorely disappointed to find out this was not the case.

I contacted the company because I wanted new windows for my home. It was to be a complete renovation of existing windows and the addition of two. A gentleman who was very pleasant came to my home during my lunch. He looked at every window and said that Brian would give me a quote. After two weeks I received and email from Brian stating that I should contact someone else but the referral was a dead end and the person never answered the phone.

I am extremely disappointed and will never solicit Brian Diamond glass for any home job especially if you don't live in mansion or have a commercial building.

It is apparent in the way they handle smaller jobs that they are doing well with commercial jobs. Please don't waste your time being made to feel small.

***And to the owners reply, that would mean that your front office miscommunicated my desires and the technician that came out and spent an hour measuring my windows to give me a quote did not know your company was a glass only company. That's completely unacceptable and a total waste of my time.
