Wonderful experience with Budget Blinds. Setting up the appointment was easy. Amanda, my BB representative, arrived promptly at the appointed day/hour with all the information needed to assess the job and all the samples needed to define the details of my purchase. She was able to find exactly the right grey/white for the blind to match the bedroom walls. The completed blind arrived and was installed a couple of days earlier than predicted. It so completely addressed the issue I had with morning sun that I'm about to purchase 5 more blinds to address evening sun. Full marks to Amanda and Budget Blinds!

Monique was absolutely amazing. This is the second time I have worked with her on new blinds. She spent as much time with me as I needed and was very helpful in walking me through all the things I needed to consider. She made the process easy and enjoyable. I wouldn't call anyone else. The blinds came in ahead of schedule and the installers came soon after. They were great. It was clear they had been doing this a while and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very friendly and engaging; I really enjoyed chatting with them while they worked - and they didn't seem to mind. If you're looking for blinds/shades, these are the people to call.

If I had known how easy ordering g new blinds would be I would have done it much sooner. One initial call got the ball rolling with a consultation with Amanda. She helped me choose just the right blinds, Norman honeycomb shades, and was very professional. It didn’t take long for her to get all the measurements and when it came time for installation they fit perfectly. The whole installation process was also very quick and professional. Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention she had an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude throughout the whole process. She had a large selection to pick from and she had a great eye as to what would work in our space. I received samples within a week and I was able to make a decision quickly. I wish the turnaround time was quicker but it is what it is. I’m hoping that the installation process goes as smoothly as the design consultation! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds and especially Amanda.
