Bill and Lila came today to do three windows in the basement and one in my garage. They called 10-20 minutes ahead of time. Told me they were on their way. They were polite, professional, and did a great job. Swept up in the basement when they were done. Were courteous and respectful of my dog in the house. Thank you so much

Look no further, Buffalo Glass Block is the installer you have been working for! Ed and Noelle called ahead, arrived on time, and immediately got right to work. They replaced 70 year old original windows in my basement, did and absolutely fantastic and professional job. They were mindful to keep their workspace clean, ensured that I was informed through every step of the process, and left the basement as clean as they found it. They needed to do some build up since my windows were below the level of my driveway, and the work they did is truly a work of art. I now have ventilation in my basement, no window leaks, and my basement ALREADY feels warmer. If you're on the fence about getting glass block windows installed, just do it! Make sure to ask for Ed and Noelle!

They installed two dryer vents into the glass block window for me. It’s looks great! They arrived on time, answered all my annoying questions and cleaned up within about 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Buffalo Glass Block was amazing from start to finish. The quoting process was easy. They worked with me to do larger vents than normal, as I wanted the ability to have more airflow. The installers Eric & Austin were awesome. They showed up on time, were friendly awesome guys. Courteous, did an awesome job doing 12 oversized windows in one day. Cleaned up all the debris and hauled away the old windows. A++ recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

My basement windows were 60 years old, looked horrible and leaked a lot of cold air in the winter. Buffalo Glass block did a fantastic job replacing them. Jacob, my installer arrived as promised and within about 3 hours I had my new windows. This is a messy project and Jacob cleaned everything up inside and out where you couldn’t tell he was even here. I highly recommend Buffalo Glass Block, thanks for a job well done !

We have a 100 year old house that had a old window whose frame was embedded in the foundation. It required a Sawzall saw to cut it out rather than pry it out. Nonetheless, the worker pried at it despite my husbands objections. When my husband told him it would bec better to saw it out, the installer discovered that his sawzall battery was dead, so continued to pry at the old frame. Consequently, there is a crack in my foundation. The installer put some mortar on the crack, but this is not okay. The window was measured incorrectly so there weren’t enough glass blocks, and we had to wait for more to be brought out to the house. Our installer didn’t seem to know what he was doing- my husband had to keep suggesting things to him. We would not recommend this company.

Ed did a great job installing the windows. Showed up on time ready to go. When removing one of the old windows some of the cement on the window sill crumbled from being old. He even took the time to make a new slanted sill out of cement. Had a total of 8 windows done. Overall a great experience.

Eric did a great job putting in our 6 basement windows today. He worked hard was extremely personable and made sure the work was done with precision. He even said he treated each job as if he was fixing his own house and wanted to do it right. We definitely would recommend this company and look to use them again. Thanks Buffalo Glass Block for our beautiful new windows!
