I'm not usually one to write reviews, but Builders Group Construction earned this one. My old master bathroom was a disaster - outdated fixtures, cracked tiles, you name it.
Called BGC after seeing their work. Devin came out for the consultation and immediately knew what needed to be done. No overselling, no pressure - just honest assessment and clear pricing.
The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, Every Day. Their project manager sent me photos so I could see progress even when I was at work. What impressed me most was, clear communication, they fixed any concerns I had, the crew was clean and good reputable group of guys. Their were no curve balls or change orders other than me asking for them.
Final result? My bathroom looks like something out of a magazine. The tile work is flawless, everything functions perfectly, and I've got a 5-year warranty backing it all up. We decided to tackle a whole house residential remodel project, we didn't know what we were getting into. After getting quotes from several contractors, we chose BGC - and WOW, what a decision that turned out to be!

Gorgeous, timely, work with excellent communication. Mark, Jake, Maynor and their team did a phenomenal job renovating our bathroom! My partner and I always felt safe with the crew in our home and they were incredibly respectful of our space. Loved how streamlined the process was. They use an app that has a project calendar, messaging ability, and to-do check list for all tasks that made the process easy to understand and plan for. I felt valued and heard as a customer, especially voicing when we needed certain accommodations for disabilities. We LOVE our new bathroom and would absolutely love to work with them for future projects!
