Canopy Roofing worked with me diligently on the whole inspection process and insurance inspectors even producing their own report with pictures and analysis during the approval process. Chris Nasser from Canopy was there every step and answered all of my questions and provided options without trying to upsell. They had a large skilled crew and were able to complete the roof in one day. Chris was very responsive with all follow ups is really someone I was able to trust. I definitely recommend their services and am very satisfied with my new roof, gutters and gutter covers.

We are in Augusta Georgia and our area was destroyed with Helene storm damage, we had contractors busting down our door but I wanted a company we could trust. I asked a good friend for a roofing company recommendation and it was the best call I could have made. Dan came out and walked us thru the process of an insurance claim, what to expect and told us what they could do. They stood behind their word and did everything they said they would do. Our roof was replaced in one day and the 11 person crew they had did an amazing job, Randy the crew leader was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The next day you could not even tell they had been in our yard! Not a days its hard to find a company who follows thru on their word and every person you deal with is knowledgeable and courteous. Canopy did an exceptional job on my roof, and Chris Nasser could not have been more helpful. He really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. He communicated with our insurance adjuster, providing a very detailed analysis and photographs of hail damage; then met a second insurance rep on-site to explain his findings. The installation took one day and they did a great job covering the plants and cleaning the job site. Just had a quote done by Calvin and while we're waiting on a couple of other quotes, Canopy is *probably* going to be who we use.

Calvin was courteous, professional, and honest in his approach on what we need to have done to our roof. While other companies have given us the "we'll be out sometime in the next week and let you know", Canopy actually told us when they would be out and kept their word, very impressed with this first impression!

If we do have them do the work in a couple of weeks, will update this review.
