Malissa is an awesome point of contact! She is thorough and has made my hubby and I feel very comfortable and hopeful without being over zealous and pushy. I've been working with Aliscia and she's just wonderful. Very responsive, friendly and professional. The homes are great. I toured both a 1 and 2 bedroom. The living/dining/kitchen is like a "great room" / open floorplan. It's spacious and there's lots of beautiful tall windows. Nice size pantry in the kitchen along with cabinet space. The bedroom closets are a good size. There are W/D hookups in the hallway and while they don't come with W/D, they do come with all of the other appliances. Each has a private yard as well. It's a great property with an excellent staff!

These homes are a Godsend because I’m looking for something smaller, so I can downsize my belongings and have a simpler routine. But as I was looking for small places, all I could find were apartments. With two dogs, the fact that they have one and two bedroom homes with their own fenced in backyards seems like a dream come true.

With me being in the military and not stationed in Texas, I’m in a situation where I’ll be moving “blindly“. Malissa has been so amazing during this process, and as the homes are being built and more details are coming out, she’s updating me all the time. She even took me on a personal video tour of both the one and two bedroom homes (I haven’t decided which yet) as they are coming together. She went above and beyond walking me through the exterior areas, describing in vivid detail how they will be landscaped, then into the home, showing me every nook, cranny, and detail she could. She is incredibly professional, personable, and accommodating, and has made this process something I actually look forward to. And we all know how fun moving can be…

I am very excited about the amenities in the community and the luxurious styling of all the homes. I still can’t believe that I was able to find something small enough to live the simple life but also private enough to be a true home. I can’t wait to get there and start this next chapter of my life! Thank you to the whole crew and especially Malissa for helping me navigate this next step.
