Generalmente, los miembros del personal son amables, pero parece que hay un alto ingreso de proveedores médicos. Las paredes delgadas son una preocupación de privacidad. Overall very friendly staff. But they seem to have very high turn over of medical providers. In five visits four of my primary care providers went to other facilities. Paper thin walls are a privacy concern. I can hear full conversations in adjacent exam rooms and I have lost the majority of my hearing. Last time I called to schedule an appointment I received medical advice from what I assume was not a medical provider. He sounded like a young man for reference. Plus I’ve never had a doctor answer the appointment line at any other facility but who knows.

First of all, the intake nurse told my daughter she couldn't have an appointment that day because she had previously had her physical 3 days earlier last year. We have spoken with our insurance company and they have said this is not true. They said this is your policy, not theirs. We have to explain this to your staff every time we make an appointment for a physical. My daughter can't keep pushing the date out because she goes back to college mid-August every year. The nurse argued with her and finally allowed her to have her appointment, but she was very rude and disrespectful while taking her vitals. Our family has been coming to your practice for over 19 years now, but we may be going elsewhere from now on because it is not OK for people to be treated so badly when all they are trying to do is maintain their health.

Dr. Meilner is very good. He is easy to talk to and has excellent advice. He’s a great doctor that relates quite well to his patient, in my opinion. The nurse I had this last time was the best. The only problem is you end up sitting in the exam too long while listening to chatter outside the door. There doesn’t seem to be much urgency in considering the patient’s time. Without this issue, they would easily get 5 stars.

I've been seeing Dr. Pulsipher at Cedar Point Health for three years and could not be happier. He takes his time, always has good, common sense medical advice and provides "attaboys" for good behavior. I feel as if he's as enthusiastic about my good health as I am. His staff members are always wonderful, as well, and I never have a hassle asking questions, rescheduling or getting information over the phone.

I had my annual checkup last week. Dr. Meilner was extremely patient with my long list of questions and concerns. He answered all of my questions, made referrals as needed, and some very helpful (healthy) advice.
