We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. I got the idea to start this project by seeing a few others going up in the neighborhood. Unlike those projects, which included a dumpster and a porta-potty in the driveway for months, this was not needed with Centennial. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism.

We used Centennial for our exterior remodel last March and still could not be more in love with the results. They are extremely professional. This was a somewhat lengthy and invasive project at times. However we were impressed how they remained very quiet and respectful of our home and family throughout the entire renovation. My dog really missed them after they finished!

When we purchased our home the year prior, our windows and siding were rotted out and in desperate need of replacement. We contacted Centennial and I showed them pictures and explained the look I was trying to accomplish. I wanted to find a way to update and modernize the original red brick without painting it. We wanted something timeless and not too trendy. I had another company create the exterior design. The exterior
design company gave us a list of very expensive products to achieve the design they created, however, Brent from Centennial was able to look at the pictures and help me find comparable windows, doors, and fixtures at lower prices to achieve the exact design and save us money.

While this would be an expensive project no matter what company we went with- I am confident that Centennial made this as affordable as possible for us- while also providing products and quality workmanship that will last.

Very pleased with our patio addition! The construction was superior. The ceiling was an added touch of quality.

This is the second project in two years I have hired Centennial Construction to do. I am once again very pleased with the quality of the work and the friendly but professional manner in which they work. I would highly recommend them for a home project.
As an update in 2023, I did a 3rd remodel project with Centennial construction. They completed a complete remodel on my master bathroom and once again I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and outstanding quality.

This is our 2nd project with Centennial and it was a no-brainer to call them back 5 years later to do two of our bathrooms at the same time. As parents of special needs children, communication has always been incredibly important and they were once again excellent at letting us know what was going on and what was going to happen next. Texts/phone calls were answered promptly. Of course, we hit a plumbing snag that no one could have predicted. Yes, it caused a delay. Otherwise, they had someone here working virtually every day of the project. We also appreciated that all the tradespeople that they brought in were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Shout out to our Project Manager Dave ( we had him our first project too)- he really hustles to keep all the plates spinning. I’m sure they’ll hear from us again. Do yourself a favor and just call. A contractor you can trust is worth their weight in gold!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Our porch was rotting away and had to be completely torn down and rebuilt. This company has experience with pictures to prove. Finished project exceeded expectations. The project was completed in quoted time. No hidden or surprise costs. Brent will not steer you wrong in creating/fixing a project. He is honest and pays close attention to detail. Its as if he was fixing his own porch. I cant wait to work with him again! So very very pleased!
