Our staircase used to be covered in dated, worn, baby blue carpet. It was the first thing you saw when you walked in the house, and it did not make a great first impression. We called Choice Floors & Stairways for help and they not only executed on our vision for the new stairway, but they were easy to work with, fairly priced, and they gave us extensive options to choose from in terms of flooring, railings, banisters and carpet. From the planners, to the installers, everything was smooth, communication was great and the process was simple. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Choice Floors did an excellent job for us. We purchased and had installed new flooring (luxury vinyl plank, luxury vinyl tile, carpet for the stairs) for our entire first floor. Jordan Ford led the team for our project. He is personable and prompt, responding to text messages and emails promptly. The luxury vinyl installers, led by Alex's team did an excellent job. Of course everything didn't go as planned, but Jordan was quick to provide resolution. At the end of the day, there are no perfect companies, because there are no perfect people. You want a company who can resolve issues quickly and that's what Choice Floors did. I highly recommend them. Jordan made sure we were happy with the installation once everything was completed. We started to use a flooring company in Jessup, MD, but we found Choice Floors right in our neighborhood. We feel good about supporting businesses in our community too. So it's a win, win. We look forward to doing the second floor in January 2025!

Choice Floors did not prep our subfloor, let alone clean it, and we continue to have multiple issues with our LVP floor crackling like rice krispies and bumps/humps under the finish that they refuse to fix unless I sign agreements to pay out of pocket despite this falling under our one year warranty.

I paid 22,000 dollars for my floors to be installed correctly. After signing agreements to pay out of pocket if no debris is found, they ripped up the floor and found drywall in a dozen different locations spanning 5 rooms. They didn't even bother reinstalling the planks correctly, so now I have gaps in several places on my main floor.

They have the audacity to tell me the install was done within spec and that any post drywall cleanup was done "as a courtesy". Attached is just one example of their "professional" install. It is likely they have lost money on my floor installation at this point and are now refusing to do more work unless I am willing to sign more contracts to pay out of pocket. Maybe install my floor right the first time and you wouldn't have this problem. I've already done the courtesy of paying upfront for shotty work.

I would never choose this company for my flooring and unfortunately had no choice in installer since they are subcontracted to QBH.

Iam very pleased with the service and product from Choice Floors and Stairways. They installed railings in my front entry way. The workers arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was finished. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the installation and cleaned up when they finished. I highly recommend Choice if you need a stair railing.

Jordan Ford is absolutely outstanding!!!! I never could have made it through my very complicated residential stair installation without his help. Jordan is patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. He made me feel so comfortable to be honest with him about what I wanted and expected out of the project. He helped me with things that were not even his responsibility. When I say that he has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy - that is a total
understatement. He brought us so many stain samples that it would make your head spin AND he never once gave up or told me that he would not be able to do our job because I am so picky. He got to work, taking all of my feedback or concerns and making multiple adjustments to ensure our satisfaction with the product and process. I knew better than to make changes after our final order, but when variables came up that I wasn’t expecting, Jordan got to work immediately to rearrange things and make sure that we could make desired changes (I felt so bad! Sorry Jordan and Roberto! Y'all are AMAZING!!!!!). This guy KNOWS HIS WORK! He is a total expert and if by some small chance there’s something that he doesn’t know, he is not afraid to tell you that he will need to find out & he knows where to get answers and fast! There are not enough stars to give Jordan Ford the credit that he deserves. I am very detail oriented and I ask many questions. He never became impatient with me and made me feel comfortable to ask questions and express concerns. This is so important to me because we are spending what we consider to be a lot of money on this project and it’s important that I didn’t feel afraid to say what I really liked or didn’t like. Jordan went out of his way to send me informational videos and links to webpages and pictures and samples! He is so outstanding at his job. I am so thankful to him for every single thing 🥲🙏🏻. Jordan deserves a vacation after our job! But he seems to never stop working. He is truly committed to his clients and I couldn’t ask for a better person to lead our journey. There are a LOT of variables with stairs and flooring and Jordan seamlessly worked with my multiple other contractors to keep our project on schedule and avoid confusion. If anyone created confusion, it was me! And Jordan sorted it all out with a smile. He’s genuinely a really good person. It’s very rare to find a construction project manager like him. When things get stressful, he keeps his composure (even let me flip out a couple times and kept his cool, reassuring demeanor) and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that he didn’t judge me and he understood how stressful and emotional big projects can get. Roberto was FANTASTIC at install too. I could not be happier with Choice & that is because they have wonderful, caring and experienced experts running the show. Jordan you deserve the world - we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I will always send all of my referrals straight to this wonderful company and manager. THANK YOU is not enough! But THANK YOU!

Very disappointed by the recent customer service experience. Most often times I do business with businesses or individuals based on their character, their personality, their CUSTOMER SERVICE!
From some of the reviews, it appears to be a missed opportunity so where do I begin.
I can recall as a junior enlisted service member my senior leadership stated, you are as successful as the subordinates you lead. Remember Top - Down. This reminded to that as I made it through the ranks to take care of my subordinates but it made me reflect on me leading the led. So it pains me to to write this review; that the worse customer service I experienced was from leadership team members of Choice Floors. Such a disregard to implement positive customer relations has significantly tarnished my perception of the company.

It was the constant lack of empathy and management's unwillingness to listen that was most frustrating. Every time I tried to express my dissatisfaction, I was talked over and told how I was trying to change the company's policy which I found not only accusatory but offensive. Offensive, as this was an attack of my character and this supervisor has never met me or allowed me an opportunity to express my concerns in regards to what may well been a miscommunication in the payment terms. It felt like my concerns were not being heard or respected. Understanding this is a business, fostering good working relationships to render service for future prospects and productivity quintessential, however, when a member is not in agreeance with an upset customer, gets combative, spend time time spewing judgment while trying to prove them wrong instead of finding resolve and de-escalated the problem sets esprit de corps of the company back as the consumer has lost trust in the company's capability to be trustworthy. But why does it matter, as I was told this is just my opinion by said supervisor.

While this may have started as a potentially good experience, the customer care of both the Retail Sales Manager and the Director Internal Operations left such a disdain image for this company that I could not let this lack of professionalism in customer care go unnoticed. It was very unsettling to be going back and forth over the phone with a business professional with such an elevated title.

I really I hope this is not the future for this company's Top - Down leadership strategy.
