We had an amazing experience with Clean Cut Windows & Doors! They removed and drywalled two unused doors and replaced 16 of our 70-year-old windows—all while dealing with severe cold and rain. Despite the weather delays, the team remained professional, worked around the clock, and still finished within the same week. Their attention to detail was top-notch—the exterior trim blends seamlessly, and they matched our original 1950s interior baseboards perfectly.

On top of that, they painted our entire sunroom and chose the spray method, which turned out absolutely amazing! It looks so clean and polished. It was a huge job, but Nic, Eric, and the entire crew were highly communicative and easy to work with. I’d recommend their services to anyone looking for quality window and door work!

Placed an order back in Feb to replace all windows throughout the house. Quoted 6-8 week turn time.

Waited 8 weeks and followed up. Called 5-6 times and spoke to various people in the office and promised a call back which never happened.

Finally got on with Joselyn who said they were following up with the manufacturer that was non-responsive for weeks. After about 20 weeks said the windows had been discontinued but they would fulfill any orders placed prior to April.

We requested the order number to validate with the manufacturer who always answered when we called but clean cut was unwilling to provide.

After 24 weeks, they still couldn’t find the order or talk to the manufacturer. We cancelled and eventually got our deposit refunded.

Really wanted some new windows. Back in the market.
