The installation crew was on time, respectful of my home, and their attention to detail was top-notch. Tom and his crew worked hard for three days but never cut corners - and the finished project is flawless.

Not only do the new windows and doors look amazing, but I already feel a noticeable difference in noise reduction and temperature from my 1973 original windows and doors. My giant 8ftx4.5ft mirror fell over and cracked. Dustin came out within days and replaced it for me. He also replaced the glass that broke in my vanity. Very reasonable pricing and great quality work. Highly recommend!

I am now getting new windows and a slider. Yesterday my windows were installed and they are very beautiful. Had a issue and they came out at seven and fixed the issue . They install with a four man crew. I just recently had my condo painted and baseboards and they did not touch any paint which to me is unreal. They make sure the place is compt covered and cleaned . I can't wait to see my slider later today. This is a family operation with no sub contractors and they are very buttoned up and also friendly. I can't recommend enough.

Had 19 windows, 3 doors, and the 3-panel (4’ each) patio sliders installed. I found them to be competitively priced with quality products. They communicated clearly in a timely manner all scheduling, delivery, installation, and inspection information. Their installers were polite, clean, and professional and described what they were going to do, how they would do it, and when they would be done. (Patiently answered all my many questions.) Each time a crew left I found my house to be clean and uncluttered from residual materials. We love our new windows and doors. The work smoothly, provide thermal insulation (in the short time they have been in we have noticed the air/heat does not run as often) and reduced the ambient noise significantly. Absolutely NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES. Quick and clear responses to any concerns. All staff were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and services to anyone.

*UPDATE* They have replaced all of the windows that needed replacing. I am pleased with the new windows.

I really want to leave a good review. I paid $14,000.00 WITH a Veterans discount to replace the windows in the house my wife and I bought. 9 of the 11 windows need to be replaced and I have been waiting for 7 months to get them replaced.

Sloppy, careless, poor workmanship. Don’t walk, RUN away from these guys!
I paid over $6000 for exterior hurricane resistant French door in front and standard entry door in back. The doors themselves are OK. The installation they provided was a nightmare. The lead installer bragged he was a “master craftsman”. His performance proved otherwise. The front door frame was installed out of plumb and not consistent left to right.
The door hinges were supposed to be anchored into the concrete opening however, some of the screws missed the wall and were anchored into nothing.
When latched, both front and rear doors had gaps at the weather strips. I could see light and feel wind blow through both door gaps. The doors came with deadbolt style latches. Latch plates for both doors were out of adjustment such that the deadbolt of the latches were inactivated.
The latch plates for the deadbolt locks on both doors were so far out of adjustment they required two hands to lock the doors: one hand to turn the lock and the other to jiggle the door in and out until the deadbolt would lock. The strike plate hole for the front door lock was drilled too shallow for the lock to fully engage.
The front door is designed with an adjustable “Astragal” brand latch plate system. The installers threw away the specialized fasteners for installing and adjusting the latch plates and simply drove huge woodscrews into the door. They didn’t have 4 screws that matched the striker plates so they used a sharpie to color the zinc screw heads to match the striker plates.
The bottom latch on the “other front door” (The door that you don’t use for normal entry/exit) does not retract far enough to allow the door to open. To open that door, we have to get on our knees with a screwdriver and pry the door up then yank it open. The installers HAD to have tried to open this door and found that it won’t open. They just didn’t care.
We were told we would have two installers and the doors would be installed in one day. Only one installer showed up in the morning and the second installer showed up hours later. They only got the front door installed. Next day, only one installer showed up and struggled all day to get the second door installed. After I inspected the poor installation and sent my comments to Clear Choice, a different person came back and made the installation worse. Then another person came back again and told us it was all just fine.
I would never, ever buy anything from Clear Choice ever again. I personally reinstalled and readjusted all the locks and all the strikers to make the doors latch and lock properly. I never want to ever see anyone from this outfit again.

Now they claim they have record of us? Well, that's a big surprise! I'll add an image of our paperwork to refresh their memory.
