I added a pergola to my house and back patio. What a difference it made! I'm over the top impressed with Cramer Siding & Window. They allowed me to "squeeze in" an estimation while at my neighbors. The two men that built the pergola were so respectful, discussed the process, kept me informed with times they would be coming and going, and picked up after themselves. I felt up to date during the whole process and was even allowed to text the sales rep. I will be a return customer!

Once again we reached out to Cramer Siding. We have been very pleased with them regarding previous work we've had done to our house. This time we needed our gable vents replaced due to damage from a recent wind storm. As always, they were friendly, knowledgeable, timely and thorough. We are extremely happy with the results. It's great to have them as our go-to company when we need repairs/fixes. Strongly recommend!

Replacement of tub with walk in shower in very small bathroom turned out wonderfully. Wanted to keep existing tile as much as possible and they did just that. Clean, friendly, made adjustments to design when necessary and the salesman, Mr. Zobrist, was very helpful.

Had serious hail damage to our siding, roof and gutters. Worked with Chris Jackson to help navigate through the insurance process. He was extremely helpful and made the process go very smooth. Cramer was timely in getting everything replaced and I was very satisfied with the work they completed.

We put an awning in our patio and we are satisfied with the product and service. A more experienced salesman could have helped us size the awning better.

Had all of the windows in my house replaced with Cramer.

The crew installed the windows leaving them dirty (with grease on them?) and quarter round not caulked. Asked to resolve, and they did.

Two of the window frames were installed with large deep scrapes in the frame. Had to have those re-ordered and re-installed. Installers did not seem to bother to 'quality check' and rely on the customer to do this. Making it very awkward.

Another window had a defect in between the glass panes, their crew has been out 3 times to replace, each time the "factory messed it up". One of the times they came, the installer did not bother to clean their shoes, resulting in the new carpets needing cleaned thoroughly.

Explained my dissatisfaction with the sales rep and just had a simple apology and very little ownership of the process.

I gave them two stars because they respond back, and continue to try. However, the lack of professionalism and quality in the production has left me with major regret on this purchase. Would certainly NOT recommend.

I called Cramer after watching the overflow of my gutters during a hard rain which led to my wet basement. Matt (rep) and Tony (installer) were phenomenal. They both took their time answering all of my questions. Matt explained how a properly installed gutter system would move water away from the house. Tony kept me informed during the install, as my questions continued. The results: a dry basement and huge savings as the new gutters may have eliminated the need to waterproof my lower level.
