Recently had some granite countertops installed in my basement apartment. The entire process was seamless! From choosing/reserving my slab, to templating and final installation. You cannot beat their customer service! Quick to respond via email or phone. Needed extra guys the day of install… one phone call and they arrived in no time! We purchased counter tops from Creative Surfaces three years ago during a new home build and they were clearly the best option, but in all the chaos we never got around to writing a review. Three years later we had a fracture show up in our quartz and after asking them for recommendations to manage it, they came in and completely replaced the slab at no cost! Amazing service! Big thanks to Roy, Matt, and the rest of the team that navigated our stairs and helped with the install.

We really thought that granite was out of our budget, but were pleasantly surprised when we went shopping at Creative Surfaces. In fact, the granite we chose was the least expensive of all the granites they stocked. That never happens! Nice folks who know what they are doing. Very pleased.

We were in the middle of renovating an entire home so sticking to the budget was just as important as quality and timing!
