The court clerk will hang up on you if you ask for a ticket number that crystal city gave to you. Ive waited on hold for 45 min after Jefferson city told me to contact crystal city to resolve a hold on license for no insurance from 5 years ago. She tells me she needs me to call Jeff city to get the crystal city ticket number. She said theres no way for her a crystal city court clerk to see a crystal city ticket that was given to me. Then after i ask how does it make sense that crystal city cant tell me my crystal city ticket number to resolve this already absurd matter she gets mad and slams the phone. This is a perfect example of the way crystal city is ran from the top down… pitiful place

Called to reschedule a court date due to missing because i have been tested for COVID-19. The court clerk was a completely ignorant!!! Never in my life have I experienced more disrespect from a court representative. Crystal city is the most disrespectful court system i have ever came across. Court clerk needs to lose her job due to being so ignorant to citizens.

The women working at the clerks desks behind the window could not be more rude. Whether you're paying a bill or there for court, they are snide and nasty. Every interaction I have had here over the past 3 years has been negative. Attitudes work from the top down, so someone needs to figure out where the rotten apple is hiding and remove it.
