We had a delightful experience with Crystal Glass & Mirror for the small custom shower door in a recent bathroom renovation. They were responsive after we first made contact via their online form, and quickly provided a ballpark estimate and answered our questions about hardware options. They even sent model numbers and pdf brochures for the hardware they were recommending so we could do our own research and really explore the options.

A nice differentiator I noticed was that they also include details about the hardware in each photo in their website's gallery, so when you see something you like you know exactly what it is.

Scheduling was a breeze, one visit for measurement, and another for installation. Both were expeditious and professional, and our new shower door looks great and operates smoothly. Kudos to Larry and his team for making this a pain-free process.

While the business on 3rd Ave was a little hard to find, once I did, Angela's service was excellent. Best to study their website for what you want, as not much is displayed. I chose the racetrack mirror (such an attractive alternative to the typical oval). I picked it up at the CGM warehouse in Sunset Park. Meeting Larry, the proud, friendly and caring owner, and seeing his extensive equipment, was such a fun experience. My mirror is beautiful! You have a lot of choices to make. I highly recommend the pristine glass from Canada and I was glad to have options for the banding. Larry's attention to detail was appreciated even to his including detailed hanging and care instructions. Larry deserves ten stars and your business!
