We hired Matt to knock down our small beach house and build our new home at the same location. Matt and his team did an amazing job and within our budget. He had a suggested vendor list that were extremely helpful in picking out fixtures, lighting, cabinets, etc. The jobsite was always clean and organized. Most importantly Matt involved me in making decisions as needed in almost every aspect of the build. He made suggestions and we collaborated through the entire process. If you were to ask me if I would use Matt again I would have to say absolutely without a doubt! It was a pleasure working with Matt and his team.

We hired Matt for a renovation 7 years ago and we were very happy with his work. So, when we wanted to build a new house he was the first and only contractor we contacted. Matt and his team did a great job on our renovation. We converted part of a garage into a new bedroom, increased the size of the kitchen (and upgraded counters and backsplash), added a half bath, and remodeled a primary bath. As the house was old, there were lots of surprises as the old floors, etc were torn away. Matt was always patient, clearly describing the unanticipated changes and its consequences. He was also very patient as we changed our minds a few times! All changes in scope were detailed in change orders, making it very easy to track any budget impacts. If we ever have renovations in the future, he would be the first (and last) builder I called. The house looks fantastic!

We choose Cusamano Builders for our home renovation and it was a fabulous choice! Matt kept us in the loop with all stages - he sent photos and communicated often. From the beginning Matt helped us make this renovation happen - he had creative ideas and changes to our original plans that make our new addition fit in like it belonged to the original build. It is just perfect. The interior is exactly like we imagined - just beautiful! The addition includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a second kitchen. Matt’s attention to detail is by far beyond what we could ask for and we are thrilled with his work! We highly recommend Cusamano Builders!

Matt and his team built our forever home in Brigantine-during a Pandemic!
We took our existing home and lot demolished the old home that we had for over 35 years and built a 4 bedroom family home for our growing family.
Matt created an amazing experience from the very first time we met -he developed the project and stayed on point during the entire build. Matt listened to what we wanted in our new home and guided us to the best way to achieve our dream. Matt with his experience was able to use all our space to the max! WE were involved at every turn from where we want the TV mounted to how many and where we wanted electrical outlets! Matt sent us to vendors for kitchen cabinets, counter tops,tile and flooring selections-we worked with the best consultants and we put together an amazingly beautiful and comfortable home. Matt is the most professional and accessible contractor you will ever find. He answers every phone call,text and email. He is there to talk thru or walk thru any decision there is to make. We never ever got the impression we were a bother with our many questions.
Matt was on the site every day of the project and work never stopped-most times there were numerous contractors working at the same time.The construction site was neat and cleaned daily-safety was always a priority.
I highly recommend Matt and his team for any job you are considering for your home or future dream home.

We chose Cusamano Builders to build us our family home in Brigintine. From start to finish Matt was kind, extremely responsive, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We were new to this process and he was patient with our many questions and gave amazing advice when asked. He built us a four bedroom home for our growing family and was able to stay in budget with a high quality!
