Was referred by my contractor to use this company. Honestly would not recommend at all. I was set to have my glass ordered in December which did not happen till January, due to poor communication. Then once the glass came in there was non-stop issues from there. Glass was cut wrong, glass had a crack, was warped, too many issues. They had sent a man who apparently was not the guy to seal which he made a mess of. I was told by one of the employees that they were not sure why that guy did the sealing job as he "did not know how to". Overall just very disappointing and would not suggest using. The one positive review I will say is the men who came out were very kind and apologetic, management just seemed concerned about getting paid and not so much about all the issues.

I have been dealing with this glass company since I started my business and they have always provided great service, until recently. I took a broken window frame to them to be fixed as usual. Kevin told me as usual the price. I paid more than 50% I say I paid 85% of the balance. The usual time frame of 7 to 10 days was given. Well my glass didn't come back till about 20 to 25 days, because there vendor broke the glass. I lost a client that was one of my first client I had when I started my business 6 years ago. Steve didn't care. He made me pay the remaining balance of $27.00 out $127.00. I asked for a discount and he refused to give mr ANY TYPE of discount. He told me I can have my money back and the frame without it being fixed. I will not be using this business never again.

I just had 2 bad experiences with this company within 2 weeks. The first experience...I placed an order to have glass panels and rectangles cut. The man who took my order told me that they cannot cut rectangles, but I placed the order for the panels anyway. The man gave me a date and time for which the panels would be ready. I went to the shop at that time only to find out that my order was not ready. The man told me to go back home and he would call me later. I received a phone call at 4:45 PM from the man. He told me that my order was ready for pick, but that they were closing at 5:00 PM. On the next day (morning) I went to pick up the order, and they could not find my glass panels or the paperwork. After waiting 15 minutes while this guy (Mike) paced the floor in a rant and looked for the paperwork, one of the glass cutters came from the back of the shop and was able to locate my order. He also told me that they do cut rectangles and that the man who took my order had miss informed me. Second situation...I went back a couple of days later to place an order the glass rectangles with the man who took the first order. I told him to talk to the man in the back who will indeed verify that they can do the work I was requiring. Again, I get a time to pickup my order; IT WAS NOT READY! The man (Mike) at the counter went through the same scenario, he could not find the paperwork, he checked the racks, then he started yelling and cursing. He told me, it was Saturday and that they did not cut glass on Saturday and for me to come back on Monday. Well, it's Monday and I had to get a family member to pick up the order. I called the owner (Steve) on Monday, he told me that "he was not interested in what a customer has to say about his business. He has enough business and he has some paperwork to do."

The front desk is extremely nice and professional, and this post does not reflect on her but on the estimator "Mike Lee". Apparently he is the only person who does estimates and he is extremely rude and unprofessional. He called because he couldnt find our address, but after explaining him how to use googlemaps he finally located my location.

He followed up by asking if I anyone was going to be there right now, and i said no, we are available after 6 (since thats the time we get back from work) and we can be available on the weekends. After a "grunt" and a couple of "sighs" he just hung up the phone.

Out of confusion I called him back and asked him what was going on? Are you going to make it? When are you coming? He said "you said after 6 or weekends" we dont do those hours". So a little upset I followed that comment with "you should tell your customers that instead of just hanging up the phone".

Because of one persons professionalism i am here writing this review for future users to watch out. Maybe i caught him on a bad day but phone mannerism are a basic skill set you should know, i just cant even start to imagine how his work ethics are.

My store’s front door was broken in the morning. I called D&S glass and they fixed before afternoon. The owner was very helpful and kind, the staff was working great. I really appreciated what they were doing.

D&S glass has always come through on time for me. As a contractor, the reason most people get frustrated with any glass company or ordering glass is because they dont know their specifics when ordering glass. You have different types of glass and different thicknesses. If you dont know all of the details for the glass you need they dont know what to order.
Can get plate glass and safety glass same day. Always has good prices.

I called three times. Mike on the phone hung up on me repeatedly because i didnt know my thickness of glass. I told him i dont care about thickness as its for a back door. I have never been treated so rudely.

This place is absolute trash. Zero patience, zero customer service and they will make you feel like a moron for even just getting a quote. Not professional, not friendly. Your money deserves better, stay away
