I had a terrific experience here working with the showroom manager Brandon Quental in the Cranston location. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There are so many ordering delays now in every business and at each turn Branden was immediately responsive, had great solutions to a couple of issues with back ordered items. He responded to my questions so quickly and courteously. I would work with him again on any future projects.

The guys here are really super. Tom will get you backed into that dock (big trucks) and he's a very good spotter. If this is your first visit in a big truck, call ahead. They'll give you directions, whatever you need. Tight place to get into but they make it easy.

I have been in the hvacr trade since 1994. I have never heard so much incorrect and bad information from counter people ever. They did everything possible to get rid of me because we let our account close recently due to lack of use. Wow what awful customer service!!
