I am completely satisfied with the roof installation at my residence. They also completed a roof installation, the following day, on my mother’s unattached garage. The work was scheduled, and completed, very promptly. They used high quality products and provided me with a written warranty on those products. The workers were very detail oriented and extremely careful with items on the property as well as the landscaping. They left the property clean, and unaffected, by their visit. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this very professional company. A#1!!!

I can't speak to DECA's work quality, but I can share my experience with their communication. They were late to the initial quote appointment without notifying me. After rescheduling, they did provide a quote, which I approved, and I asked about the next steps. I had to follow up twice and was told they were still working out their schedule and would get back to me. That was four months ago. I called again, and they apologized, saying it had slipped through the cracks. Despite more apologies, they promised to update me the next morning with next steps but never did. My neighbor had a similar experience. I've heard positive things about DECA, but it seems like they're too busy to take on new projects.

I understand things can get busy, but consistent communication would make a big difference. Hopefully, they can find a way to manage their workload more effectively in the future.

DECA did a great job at my house. We lost several shingles from our roof during a heavy wind storm. I called them and they came out the same day. They had supplies and new shingles and fixed the roof right away. I was very impressed and satisfied with their work and the price was fair.
