First, I want to thank Andrew & his crew for his help on our Commercial Flat Roof here in Oregon, IL. He went above and beyond what we were expecting because he wanted to "Do it right". I am delighted and blown away by the crews speed, attention to detail and value for dollar. He was able to install gutters with no problem. Overall our flat roof looks incredible, no longer holds water, and looks sexy!

Andy had done repair work for me nearly 20 years ago. At the time he said it was so bad he could only gaurantee it for 6 months. It held up 14 years. When I finally got the roof replaced, they did a great job quickly and within budget. Gave me a better deal - with better shingles - than any other contractor I spoke with. Afterwards, I found one tiny little corner of shingle in the yard. The cleanup was spectacular. The roof looks great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a complete tear-off including plywood, re-pitched the gutters and had gutter guards installed. Comprehensive quote was better than any other I received in the amount of detail on how the installation would be done and the type of materials being used. Quality work, great job of keeping the worksite clean, kept the roof and attic properly protected on rain days. Dekalb Roofing did an amazing job on our home. They constantly kept us updated regarding any potential increase due to unseen damage. They were alway professional. Every night they cleaned up.

They even showed during a snow/ rain storm. Even when they were not feeling well they still showed up. They worked on the roof, windows, siding, facia, gutters and installed a french door. If anyone is interested in getting their roof or house refinished this group is highly recommended. Make sure to say hi for us. We will miss them as they became friends with us all. I cannot thank them enough.

The flashing on my chimney was cracked and leaking in water real bad. Andrew came out the same day I called, gave me a estimate on the spot for the repair, and repaired it two days later before the last big storm hit. He was very kind and explained it to me in a way that I understood what needed to be done and I know nothing about roofing. He also did a inspection of my roof and gave me an estimate at no cost! I will definitely be getting my roof done by them and I'm very pleased with the customer service they provided. If anyone is looking to get work done on their roof I would go to Dekalb Roofing first.

The Dekalb Roofing guys are great. Really responsive. Impressed by preparedness and completeness of the job. Customer service very good and provide good value and quality work. It was good to see the boss on the roof doing work with his crew. Very clean, they draped tarps over important structures and plants around the house. They even cleaned up and disposed of some extra garbage and carpet that I was getting rid of. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.

I liked the fact that the owner was on the job working the whole time and not just driving around in a truck giving out quotes.
