We had to replace the shower pan in our primary bathroom 1 year after it was built due to the builder installing it incorrectly. When the builder would not agree to fix it to our satisfaction we decided to call Diamond Bath. We were also unhappy with the quality of the tile work and tub that the builder had done. We ended up having Diamond bath not only fixed our shower pan but also retile the shower, replace the separate tub and take down the wall between the two. We are thrilled with the how the bathroom looks now and could not have asked for a better experience.
Jim was able to give me a several different options on how we could proceed since we hadn’t planned on remodeling a brand-new bathroom. I greatly appreciated Jim’s expertise, ideas, and honesty. His communication with us throughout the project was great.
We met with the designer, Melissa who made suggestions that I would not have thought of on my own and steered us in the right direction to achieve the look we wanted. Bob and crew were always here when they said they would be and worked efficiently. They cleaned up before they left every day, so I never felt like I was living in a construction site. The quality of the work was excellent and we could not be happier with how it turned out.
Our experience with Diamond bath could not have been better. We now have an amazing bathroom that makes me happy ever time I see it. Everyone we worked with made the experience painless and I can not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience!!! Jim came to our home yesterday to provide an estimate for our interest in remodeling Master Bath and full bath. Jim was super helpful by not just listening to our asks/requests, but also providing feedback, suggestions and guidance. Jim took the time to review details and explain or validate points discussed. We enjoyed speaking to Jim, he has a great disposition, very professional and patient. Nice sense of humor too! We also want to comment on the exceptional customer service received when initially reaching out to schedule an appt. Communication and follow up is also a huge plus. We look forward to next steps.

Diamond Bath knows how to do it right! From the design to the install, everything was flawless! Carrie helped us pick out the perfect design according to our tastes, and Todd put it all together so beautifully! And Jim and Jen (owners) and Bob (production coordinator) were fantastic throughout! Diamond Bath was outstanding from start to finish. Never having done a complete remodel of a bathroom, and being a little nervous about picking out the wrong combinations, the staff was most helpful in getting the right products, colors and finishes. Everything turned out better than my expectations. All were professional, friendly, timely and kept us well informed. Everything was cleaned up every night - couldn’t have been happier. Another fine job from Diamond Bath. This is our third bathroom that we have used them for. Again, we couldn’t be happier - from design, selection and installation everything went perfectly. Our only regret is that they don’t do kitchens!

We highly recommend Diamond Bath. They transformed our tired master bathroom into a room one would see in a magazine. The entire staff was great. Owners, Jim and Jen were very helpful throughout the process. Melissa guided us through the process of selecting the various materials, fixtures, colors, etc . The demolition and installation were performed by Rick and Bob. Rick and Bob are true craftsmen who take pride in their work. Their work was excellent. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They also kept the work area clean. If you are considering remodeling your bathroom, you can be confident that Diamond Bath will do an outstanding job.

I am so please with the customer service from the time I walked into Diamond Bath to the end of the project. Carrie was a pleasure to work with to help me make my selections of materials. I was never rushed. Every person that I talked with at Diamond Bath was supper. When I eventually move and need more work for a bathroom re-model Diamond Bath will be called first.

I had my tub re-tiles and a new large shower installed to replace a small corner shower. I can not say enough great things about the work done by Bob, Lenny and the few other workers that came in. They were all very polite and any questions I had during the project where answered. The tile work done by Lenny is beautiful.

Clean up was done at the end of each day. There were 2 end of the week status meetings during the project to cover what was done and will be done the up coming week. They even put up with my 4 little barking dogs each day.
