Bought a custom 8x16ft lofted barn shed.

I took the time to research prices and styles around Illinois and this type of shed was the best bang for the buck thru Diamond. Yes it was around 3k but they do all the work and make sure you're ultimately happy before giving them the final payment. Make sure the shed is level and to your liking! You're the customer and you paid good money for a huge shed. A tip is to paint your floors immediately with porch paint and I choose light gray from Wally World. Best tactic is to just use loose gravel to level out the ground if you don't have a concrete foundation. I was the talk of the neighborhood for several days after delivery. Marvin and Justin were very good to work with. There was no rutting associated with delivery going across neighbors yards. The shed is well made and I know Diamond has my back with any issues! Do not waste anymore time after this review!!

BUYER BEWARE, Had to mark a star or it won't post, I wouldn't have given them a star. Paid almost $14,000 for a portable cabin. Very disappointed. The salesman was great the manager is terrible. The cabin is support to have tongue & groove flooring (which sold me, cause I want a air tight cabin. The meaning of Tongue and groove or T&G is a method of fitting similar objects together, edge to edge, used mainly with wood: flooring) there is gaps in the floor where you can see daylight. The manager Justin said it's suppose to be like that so if it rains before the roof is on it can run off. There is about a 6 inch spot in the floor sticking up (where you can trip on it). They screwed support board on the front post at the porch to transport it and used over 20 screws so there is holes in the post, there is a busted board on the front porch right where you walk into the front door, the front door frame is busted on the inside, the walls are not level at all, big gap in the front door where the rain can come in, Put the key in the back door, then you can't get in out. I asked the manager Justin for the corporate office or the owner, I explained the owner needs to know the quality of work on his building that are being sent out. He informed me that I had the corporate office and the owner was aware of the quality of his buildings.

Very well built. Justin was always there to answer any questionand very respectful and Marvin was.a very patient delivery installer my wife doesn't like things out of square he moved.it back and forth till it was perfect thank you guys so much love it
