My pool liner began failing during the first year. It was the second year before I realized it was falling apart at the seams. I didn’t realize I was buying from diggers because I ordered under liner world. So this review is to make everyone aware that a lot of pool liners have a 25 year warranty. When you get the product you realize the warranty is really only good for 90 days. You have to send the liner back and pay for freight. Buy local from a company you trust.

Purchased liner back in November 2019.. installed in March of 2020.
This is the second season and shocked by how much the liner bottom has faded. Just the bottom has faded. Now seams are failing and I'm losing an inch and a half of water a day. I'm shutting it down and gonna install a new pool next year.
The warranty is weak... By the time I pull the liner, ship it back, and receive credit it will cost me more than pool is worth.

Do not purchase a liner from this company. I have purchased and received 2 liners and both were defective with the seams ripping within hours. They offer you a refund for your liner but give no care or understanding to the money you have lost paying to not only have their defective liners installed but also the thousands of gallons of water wasted due to their defective liners. They offer you a refund for your liner only because they know they are selling a defective product. It is wrong to knowingly deceive the consumer. Save yourself a headache and purchase elsewhere. Bought through linerworld/poolexperts through eBay. What a waste of time and money!!

Bought a beautiful liner in June and had it professionally installed. By August the seams had come apart in some places causing me to close the pool and will have to replace the liner again next season. Warranty doesn't replace after installation.

Don't buy liners from this company! They are listed as 25 gauge liners, but they are not and are only 20 gauge liners! These liners are paper thin and the professional pool company we hired to install our pool were afraid they were going to tear it installing it! They also had problems with the bulldog skimmer I purchased from diggers because there was screw holes stripped on it so the packed up and left without installing my skimmer! I believe this company purposely misleads customers and also sells returned defective items and misrepresented. I now have to buy a new skimmer and a thicker liner locally because they lied about the gauge of the liner. I contacted the customer support and they lied to me saying they don't sell there liners by gauge but by quality.. My husband filed a complaint with the BBB today! Clearly seen in the picture its listed as a 25 gauge liner! They are liars! Stay clear of this company!

Bought a glimmer glass liner 21x52 failed first season wont honor warranty. Stay away never will buy from them again crooks they get your money then wont help if you have a problem bbb has discredit them

I must say they have outstanding customer service. First liner had a hole. Waiting for next liner to arrive..
