While visiting a tenant at the Green Leaf Waterstone I forgot they were painting and I needed to move my car. My car was there all day, We left to go to the lake. When I returned and saw my car I then remembered I didnt move my car. The men working took the time to completely cover my brand new sports car to protect it from any over spray. I apologized and they were so cool and respectful. I cant thank them enough for going out of their way for me. I cant say enough about how great they are. Highly recommend this company. Thank You

Having the residence at Austin bluffs apartments painted and pressure washed. One of the men thought it would be smart to presure wash my window? And it ended up caving into my living room with water pouring EVERYWHERE. The man screamed sorry and then disappeared!!! There’s no one in charge around here and it absolutely chaotic and UNSAFE. Do better.

I didn't hire ECC, our apartment manager hired them. I have been thoroughly impressed with the crew's professionalism, hard work, and sense of courtesy. They do their best to keep their ladders and lifts and other equipment out of the way of residents and delivery trucks, and they clean up after themselves. The crew works hard and the buildings look great! If I were looking to hire a professional paint crew for a big job, I'd look here, first.

Our 40-home HOA recently hired Executive Coatings and Contracting to repair, power wash, and stain our perimeter fencing, which spans two separate physical locations. In particular, (project manager) Mike Scott was instrumental in securing the contract, as we had several revisions, including changing the specs of stain we chose and pricing two "optional projects" separately for our financial consideration. Mike returned each revision promptly, without a hint of frustration about reworking the bids.

ECC also met our request to offer services to homeowners for our internal and wing fences. Mike worked with our community manager to schedule appointments with 22 owners on two different dates and times, for measuring our fences and preparing individual bids and contracts for each lot. After our deadline to owners, Mike also accepted several tardy owners into the process, which we would never have asked of ECC. He took an interest in the details needed to make it work for the most people, and we are very grateful for that.

Mike even made an effort to juggle the schedule for owner conflicts; my neighbor had a freshly poured sidewalk in their fenced area, and I was consumed in a complete relandscape of my front and back yards, haggling with a most difficult landscaper. Mike made sure that our two homes were serviced only after the sidewalk was cured and my landscapers were gone. I can only imagine the additional chaos and outbursts from the landscaper had I been required to add fence painting to the mix. Without question, he avoided a major issue for me.

Once the project started, the job was done in accordance with the bids, without any difficulties. They worked quickly and professionally, from start to finish. Every worker I observed or interacted with was polite, professional, and took an interest in doing a good job. They were organized, focused, and seemed to know exactly who was responsible for each task. When the work was complete, they returned for a final inspection of the entire perimeter with us. This included bringing two "touch-up painters" to cover any tiny spots that were missed; again, the team was friendly and professional, and team lead Sammy Ramos was personable and attentive to the process. Additional requests for a few minor repairs were cheerfully noted and immediately followed up on.

We have been so impressed with Mike's exceptional willingness to accommodate us throughout the project, and do so in a very easygoing manner, that we have commented on our comfort in calling him for our own personal projects. The community manager noted that she would be recommending ECC to her peers as a preferred provider, and this is largely due to Mike's oversight and patience with us. The teams who completed the physical work were obviously the other essential element in how well this project was completed. I hope that ECC treats these employees well and doesn't take them for granted, as this level of service is not routine.

We recently used ECC on a large-scale apartment community painting project. They were professional, did a stellar job with the detail, and cleaned up after themselves as they worked through the community. The communication about timeline was exceptional and we got reports with photos as the project was being completed. We will be using them again in the future for sure.

Our HOA has had a very very poor experience with this company. I have talked with many neighbors and there are quite a few people who seem to be unhappy with the work done...or we could say not done. Every neighbor I have talked with is NOT happy. Prep work, not done. Caulking...not done. Splatter of paint, ALL OVER. Communication very poor. Less than 24 hour notice to have patios and balconies cleared off. Broken boards on balcony floors with no notice to the homeowner. Broken items outside. Paint all over when they came back at odd times. Places where wood was completely missed. Even after a place was supposedly painted 2-3 times, there was still raw wood. Really, so what else are you not even painting. More splatter, more missed places. Paint falling off and raw wood showing 2 weeks after they were done. The list goes on and on. The corporate person I talked to was short, rude and has no follow up. Overall dealing with this company has been a nightmare, tons of wasted time, and energy from many homeowners in our development. Very disappointing and disgusting.

I have had the pleasure of working with ECC for over 5 years on projects spanning from minor repairs to projects reaching nearly a million dollars. The customer service provided by their team, both in the office and the field have always exceeded our expectations. They are timely in adhering to start and completion dates and are very mindful when working on our communities. I have had a great experience with both Ryan Lewakowski and Dan W. Both of them have been very professional and courteous to our residents. I plan on using them for my future capital projects. Keep up the great work ECC!!!
