I highly recommend Emerald Windows. They did an incredible job. You can tell the crew has a lot of respect for working in finished homes. When you consider the extent of the demolition involved on a job like this, it's amazing to think you can barely tell they were here. We went with black for the outside on the front of the house and it looks stunning. Huge quality-of-life upgrade. No more draft and the house is much quieter too! Thanks guys

Emerald Windows was fantastic to work with! They did 25 new windows for us, removed an old crumbling door, and installed a new wall. We have a very diagonal house and these guys worked wonders to make the windows fit into its weird shape. They did amazing custom woodwork, and even hand-planed most of the trim to ensure it would fit correctly. They pulled design elements from other parts of the house to make sure everything meshed well together.

They were very communicative during the whole process, and worked with us to set up a plan for the finishing touches - we want to eventually stain the interior trim to match other parts of the house, so they left them unfinished for us, and even left us a good inventory of wood pieces in case we need them. (Any nail holes in the photos are there because we want to fill them in as we stain the trim ourselves.)

Communication was great, the sales experience was great, and we're very pleased we went with them.

We recently had many of the windows in our 100 year old home replaced by Emerald Windows. Louie and Aimeon did a terrific job and were so respectful and tidy while working in our house. Not only do the windows look excellent, our house has had absolutely no drafts during this cold winter! Initially there were some miscommunications between the office staff and myself, but in the end the whole team did everything to make it right. We are very pleased overall!

Our experience with Emerald Windows has been absolutely wonderful. They carefully and skillfully replaced 20 windows in our late-nineteenth century rowhouse. From start to finish everyone involved was efficient, friendly and diligent. Our initial sales visit was easy and stress-free. Paul listened to our needs and addressed all our concerns. There was not even a hint for the ‘hard sell’. Instead, as he was a former installer, we got the benefit of his expert advice to help us come up with a plan that we were comfortable with, and that was well within our budget. The window installation went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Like most older homes, ours was something less than plumb. As a result, Tim and crew had their work cut out for them. But they were up to the task. The rebuilt trim work needed to fit new windows in not so square openings was carefully considered and well executed. The new trim, including unpainted hardwood where needed, matches the existing woodwork in the house. We chose to have most of the window and trim installed unfinished so that we could do the painting and staining ourselves. The new windows and trim, although unfinished, have already left our house looking better-- and so much warmer and quieter. We couldn’t have been happier with the work that Emerald did for us. Our sincere thanks go out to every one of the 8 or so Emerald employees who took the time and the care to do the job right. You are the best!

I would recommend Emerald windows to anyone that asks. Louie and his team (Amien, sorry if that is misspelled) replaced eight windows in my south philly rowhome during the 3 coldest days of the year and were completely careful, thorough, and friendly the whole time. The windows they replaced had been installed poorly and the window frames had rotten because of it. Lou went above and beyond to remove and replace the rotted wood and ensure a perfect fit for the new windows. He even went through the trouble of devising a lovely wood replacement for a damaged piece of drywall on the interior sills of two windows, just to be kind and to create a totally finished look for the work that was done. I also found Paul to be great to work with while planning the work. He talked through every option with me and never pressured to me to sign on for more than was necessary. I'd recommend carefully covering all furniture and household items before work begins, the project created a lot more dust than I'd expected.

We used Emerald Windows for repairs needed for an old Andersen French door. Corey was our repair guy and he was always on time, and communicated well. I know that he had to spend more time with our door than desired but his outlook and demeanor was great. Will definitely use Emerald in the future if the need arises.

Emerald Windows replaced 4 of our old South Philly row home windows two months ago. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, completed the job timely, and were thorough with installation and cleanup. Two of our windows needed to be completely re-framed and they now look so nice on the inside and outside. The project only took two days. The admin staff and installation crew were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.
