Emergent restored my faith in contractors! We had gone through bad experiences previously and no one could believe we were attempting another renovation. Matt, Scott, Jacob, Jaclyn, Austin and Lori were there every step of the way. When there was a problem we worked together to find a solution which was wonderful. Their core values are listed as Awareness, Integrity, Heart and Collaboration and they meet or exceed these values which is a rare find in today’s world. I would not recommend anyone else for your building needs.

Emergent made it easy. From our first meeting to our final walk through every step of the way was choreographed, made simple, transparent, and enjoyable for us.

Our interactions with Joel, Matt, and our project manager Adam were timely and helpful. We always knew the schedule and where our project was at.

Although, our project occurred at the peak of the pandemic and the world was experiencing supply train and price increases on everything, Emergent did everything they could to minimize issues and stay on our budget.

We love the work that was done and even a year later, there is not a day when we do not stop to admire it. We practically live in our newly finished basement. We love both of our feature walls. It all functions exactly as we envisioned it and provides us with joy and pride of ownership.

We have owned lots of homes over the years and done many other remodeling projects. None of the companies we used were ever this organized or on top of our project as Emergent. They are true professionals in an industry of amateurs.

Working with Emergent is a great choice. We would not do a remodel project with anyone else.

We recently completed a multi-room home renovation project with Emergent and would definitely recommend them to others considering the same. We found Emergent to be approachable, flexible, and organized, which really helped us get comfortable with a major project. They listened to our input, were quick to let us know about any snags that needed to be addressed, and kept things moving. We have friends who had a similar overlapping project with another local builder, and our experience was substantially better - our house was completed in less time, the communication was much more frequent, and at the end required less punch out work.
