We were attempting to return as a repeat customer, but the experience this time was incredibly disappointing. I had to reach out a dozen times over the course of a month just to get a hold of someone. When I called the last time, the receptionist literally laughed at me and said, “Oh, you’re the guy that keeps calling.”

I decided to stop by the showroom in person the next day, hoping to finally speak with someone. To my surprise, the receptionist there repeated the same comment and laughed in my face. Completely unprofessional as she knows how long I’ve been attempting to reach them.

When I eventually did get in touch with the owner, he casually admitted he hadn’t even started our quote. I told him he’d had it for over a month and could have at least reached out to say there’d be a delay as I had been waiting for the project. His response? “Yeah, just haven’t had a chance" and that he probably wouldn't be able to get it done, wasting over a months' time waiting on him.

This level of service is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Review for Empire Kitchen and Bath

My wife and I recently encountered a rather frustrating issue in our kitchen. We noticed what appeared to be backflow from our garbage disposal into the dishwasher hose, which in turn activated the sensor in the dishwasher and gave us an error code. Not knowing how to fix the problem ourselves, we reached out to Empire Kitchen and Bath for help.

From the very first contact, the team at Empire Kitchen and Bath was exceptionally responsive and professional. They quickly scheduled a service appointment at a time that was convenient for us, showing great flexibility and understanding of our busy schedules.

The technician who arrived was not only knowledgeable but also courteous, efficient, and thorough. He explained the issue clearly and fixed it promptly, ensuring that the problem wouldn’t recur. To our pleasant surprise, we even received a follow-up call a few days later to ensure everything was still working perfectly.

The folks at Empire Kitchen and Bath are a team of experts who are friendly, attentive, and highly skilled. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and hassle-free experience. We are incredibly grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of kitchen and bath services.

We recently completed a kitchen and mudroom renovation with Empire Kitchen and Bath and could not be happier with the results. Mike and his team were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. With an initial consultation at our home, they got to know us and our style. Heather, our designer, then created a layout that put our vision on paper. She is very knowledgeable, always listening to be sure the design was meeting our goals, while expertly guiding us through the many product choices, colors, and features that we didn’t know were even possibilities. The final plan was then implemented by Alan, who clearly is a very talented and knowledgeable craftsman. His attention to detail and the quality of work was outstanding. Another positive aspect was Empire’s coordination with the flooring contractors, working around schedules as needed to get the job completed. The final outcome was exactly what we had hoped for and was done on time and without issues. The quality of the cabinetry and countertops is outstanding. Empire Kitchen and Bath made a typically stressful project a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

I actually spent most of my life in the kitchen industry; cabinets, counters, construction, and design. I maintained a very high standard of attention to detail, quality, process, and communication. When working with Empire Kitchen & Bath, I was happy to discover and experience that their standards and commitment to detail, precision, and care far exceeded my expectations. From the beginning I was welcomed, educated, and provided individual care. I was able to take my time, and together with the TEAM at Empire, work out a perfect solution, and it fit my budget. Their communication throughout the entire process was proactive and professional. After completion, they've stayed in touch to see if I was satisfied, and if I had any questions; my happy reply was that I was going to be back shortly! Since that phone call, I have brought back and referred clients, real estate agents and investors, and my wife so that we can start working on our dream kitchen. I could not be more happy working with Empire; their finished product speaks for itself, and their customer care is top notch. My wife and I are excited when work with them, and refer all of our family and friends. Tony deserves 5 stars! Overall a fantastic experience. Tony helped me design a kitchen of my dreams. Tony was very nice, helpful, and always there to help out.

There was only 1 reason I gave them 3 stars.

I would suggest getting your own general contractor. The one they suggested I use was not ideal. He had guys in my house drinking alcohol, and smoking weed. And to be honest didn't seem to have respect for my house and the job at hand.

Now while that contractor is not a part of empire kitchen and bath, they did recommend him highly so I have to give you 3 stars.

Don't let bad contractors ruin your business. The people you recommend is a reflection of your business.

I'll give them 2 stars as the countertop was very good, although a slow process. Everything else was disappointing to the point we're not even excited about having a whole new updated kitchen and just over it at this point. Attention to detail was sad, poor communication and any issues that they tried to resolve were only made worse. Should've done it ourselves and we would've gotten at least the same level of finished product but our hope was professional installers would do better. Just a ton of small imperfections in the product and installation with bad customer service that adds up to a company I'd recommend avoiding.

Came here for a sink and countertop and had Mike C come out and gave me great ideas which made my kitchen updated and sleek. Just completed the work and all looks great. Workmen were efficient, clean and completed everything. Mike ‘s follow up was great and made sure everything was done a expected. Great quality service !
