After a neighbor shattered our dual pane slider with a BB gun we called about 5 places to get it repaired. John from Express glass & windows was the quickest to return my call and schedule a day to come for an estimate. He was quick and efficient and arrived right on time for our appointment which was refreshing when another company showed up over 2 hours late. John was easy to communicate with, friendly, and got the job done quickly. He even worked out the payment directly with our neighbor so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Overall a great experience, Thanks John!!

John at Express Glass and Windows is amazing! The glass in my living room window was shattered and I had issues with my HOA to simply replace the glass. They insisted I needed an architectural approval form to fix this safety issue. John went above and beyond, and contacted the HOA on my behalf to explain the situation so the glass could get replaced quickly without waiting possibly weeks for an approval. He was here the next day to fix my window - and at a great price. It's not often you find someone (especially someone you've never met!) that will go the extra mile and care about your situation. Thank you John!

Express Glass assisted me with a repair of a broken window. They were fantastic and communicative, from ordering to scheduling installation. I had a schedule appointment with John on 5.26.2023@9:30-10:30AM
He never showed at the prescribed times. My wife called and he said he would have to reschedule. My wife responded she would wait as we drove an hour to our rental property. He responded to her rudely and proceeded to use profane language. I also let him know I was a honorably discharged military veteran upfront. Save yourself the time! Don't use this company!

Thank you to John Godinez (Owner of Express Glass in Santa Paula). I had a large custom window that broke in my home and John's quote came in at a very fair price. I ordered a large custom tempered-window with an angle cut top. They brought in a mini-boom lift to raise the window to the second story from outside and installed the window with quality service. Truthfully, I was initially skeptical of the company while researching contractors online b/c they did not have any Google reviews at the time, but as you can see I am writing their 1st Google Review and telling you all that this company is definitely "real" and you will not be disappointed. If you're looking for a new window/glass at a fair price, look no further!

Very happy with this company. They arrived on time, dressed nicely and very easy to talk with. They fixed two windows and made a new screen. Very fast and efficient! Recommend to everyone!
