We recently moved to the area and decided to purchase custom window shades for our new home. From start to finish, Eye on Design has been amazing. Their customer service is the best we have received here, and we have had fence installation, home security, etc. set up since moving here. Eye on Design ranks #1 for us. Jennaver visited our home to take measurements, she was very nice and professional, and knowledgeable about the different product samples. She made it easy to select our fabric. Our wait time was exactly what they told us it would be, and installation day was scheduled quickly. Our installer did a fantastic job, and even noticed a small defect on one of the shades. He let me know that they will order another one and reinstall it when it arrives. I was blown away! We were so impressed that now we would like to move on to drapery! I am very happy we decided to work with this company!

From the beginning to the end-absolutely amazing customer service. Not only do they offer an excellent product, but the knowledge base that these ladies have was unbeatable. I am not someone who is talented in decorating, and these ladies knew exactly what to do. Not only do these shutters showcase from the inside, but also from the out. 10/10 recommendation-stay away from the box stores-worth the wait!

Repeat customer here! Tremendous service for each of 3 separate services / products. Professional, courteous, communicative, and efficient. Most recently, Eye on Design was able to come in and save the day for us regarding a set of outdoor sun shades. Eye on Design was a great place to work with from the staff answering the phone to the installation. All of the people I interacted with were very professional and willing to help. When Jennaver came to consult about a patio door covering, I also had her look at the dining room window for suggestions. She provided some wonderful drapery samples for the door and suggested shutters for the dining room. Both turned out beautiful. The installer did a great job and provided some useful suggestions for both products. I will use them again for window treatments.
