After extensive research, contacted 5 Seasons to come give an estimate for 16 new windows, 1 slider and new front door with sidelight. We bought the house last year. The original, cheap Midgard windows were blown n streaked. Frank Verdun was our sales representative. Great guy, knowledgeable, samples were very helpful and no pressure to contract. We already knew we wanted Anlin windows bcz best friends got new Anlins.

We decided to do it and went to showroom to see product and place order. We wanted to add a Craftsman look to 2 front windows. In this area windows have the little plastic grids btwn panels and driving around see many fallen inside. Anlin is better with those. However. when we got to showroom saw windows with the grid outside n fell in love. They were Marvin. So 2 windows on front we went with Marvin n all others Anlin. We chose a ProVia door with sidelight in Tacoma pattern glass. And we chose a Tan color instead of the standard white you see everywhere. Blend with brick. Elevate the look. For the kitchen window over the sink we chose a casement window that can crank open to let in air. Original window took a step stool tobeven reach the latch. Anlin Slide frame is excellent, sturdy and includes a top lock bolt that a second bolt position can be drilled for slightly open and bolted. The price was very reasonable including replacing bad trim on a few places and needed modifications.

Rick Flanagan- Production Manager came out to do final measurements. Windows would arrive in about 2 months. Got word end of October of arrival in November. Scheduled install date. Daniella was our contact for project.

Thanksgiving week 25th, 26th, 27th and 29th Juan- Project Manager, Marcello n Alejandro - technicians, came to do install. Very hardworking guys! Marcello was the door installer extraordinaire. They worked around wonky builder issues wonderfully. These guys deserve a BONUS!!!

Very, very pleased. Answered all questions n concerns, did excellent work fitting new windows into existing openings and sealing and trimming, adding sills. The front door finally, finally is level thanks to Marcello's exacting leveling! It is gorgeous. Too beautiful to cover with storm door so left it off. Stunning clear views and better temperature control.

One Marvin window had a small production defect in one corner. Sealed outside and did not trim inside bcz just have to rip out again, no need. A new one is on order, current one will be taken out n new installed.

I got my windows installed in march 2023, now over a year later they write me an email saying payment never went through which i have written proof form their company back in 2023 confirming it did. I let them know this and the next email i get was well we are going through our books a year later here is your bill.. How can a company be reviewing books almost 17 months later and stick you with a bill? not only that the window that were installed i constantly have to fix.

I had some pretty wicked hail damage on 11 windows in my house and I had Five Seasons work with my insurance to get them repaired. They worked with the insurance company to get the proper amount of funding, then the installation by Juan and his crew was wonderful. They were in and out quickly, left no trace of gunk or work in the house, and the work looks great. Any future window projects at my house will be done by this company.

A shout out to Five Seasons. We had several large custom windows (Marvin) for a 19th-century home, that Five Seasons measured, ordered, and installed. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and highly competent. It was discovered during installation, however, that Marvin had left a piece out of the kit, which then had to be special ordered. It was an omission that had effects on other matters. Five Seasons owner John personally sought to make this right, and did so in a manner above and beyond. We were quite impressed and grateful. Everything was sorted out, and the job completed perfectly. The windows look beautiful, and we are utterly satisfied. I would definitely work with Five Seasons again, and commend them to others.
