We have spent over $600K in Fleetwood Windows and Doors; very large pocket sliders and a massive 12by12 entry pivot all Glass Door for our Lakehouse in Nothern California.
I’m frustrated beyond imagination with the service I’ve gotten from your local regional manager / rep Travis from Qualcon who installed my windows and Doors.
I was very excited about Fleetwood and I was gonna put Fleetwood on my multiple other homes in the Bay Area…. BUT  I’m having difficulty getting Help from Fleetwood;, my windows and doors were installed last year, your rep Travis never did final walk-though or quality control, widows don't open, they don't work properly, not closing/ locking right. So many issues and no help or support from Fleetwood team. I had to fire my GC last year Feb 2024 who stole my window crankers because he was a buddy with Travis from Qualcom. I paid them all off. There is no balance due.
I have sent multiple emails and made calls and trying to get hold of customer service to be able to get help and solution for my problem With Fleetwood windows and doors. We have spent so much money and was really hoping to get quality product and service but that is not the case. It s been nothing but nightmare trying to get help from Fleetwood team.

Fleetwood makes attractive and high quality modern, minimalist style windows and doors. Their awning windows and sliding doors are particularly great. Had a few issues with the casement windows, but Daniel in Customer Service has been very helpful in getting replacement parts for those.

I have some 12 year old patio sliding doors, and I’m missing a small part. I Contacted customer service and received a prompt replay from Daniel Felix. He told me that that part is no longer required with the later designs but he may be able to find some in an old storage location. I recd an email today saying yes, he did actually locate this missing part that I needed and offered to send to me. Im so impressed with this level of service. Scott in Scottsdale

My adorable yet sometimes evil bunny chewed this small rubber piece on my Fleetwood pocket door. I was super bummed and super exasperated, until I got on the phone with Daniel from customer service who reassured me that the part is easily replaceable and small and that he would ship them to me right away! Hooray! I am so pleased with his kind helpful demeanor and efficient response that I thought I would leave this review. Please enjoy the cute bunny photo 😉
