The team at Florida Impact Windows and Doors is professional and courteous .
From quote to installation was seamless.
The crew is well trained and communication is on going. They were friendly , patient in answering all my questions, kept the job neat as they worked through the house and the job completed in a timely manner.

Reasonably and good quality doors and windows. Con: they contract out their work and i was not happy with the install. The caulk they used pealed after 1 yr and they did not use the right screws. They used concrete screws instead of wood screws in my door ruining it and I had to bring in another contractor install brand new lock and plate to make it right. They also did not install one of my windows properly. The company support team left much to be desired. Overall, the windows and doors are decent quality and reasonably priced, but disappointed with the install

Just moved to a new house. Florida impact was great to work with from start to finish. Great pricing, nice and polite people, clean clean workers. I know the difference between good and bad because I did windows and doors in my old house. That experience was not good in any of the ways that Florida impact was great!

I needed to replace some very big and very old sliding glass doors. I got a ton of quotes (from some scary window companies). Florida Impact was easy to work with and their price was so much better than everyone else. They also did not try to sell me 1001 things that I did not need to jack up the price. Even when there were issues with manufacturing, this company never ghosted me or went incognito. They were so professional, their installation team was clean and friendly. The owners were onsite throughout the project. The best thing was that my house was not destroyed in the process. I am so glad I went with Matt and Florida Impact!

I spent a lot of time researching Hurricane Windows and I found that a lot of companies wanted to use the same brand only. Not with Florida Impact Windows and Doors. We were able to pick out the best impact windows for the particular spot on the house which gave us options and the best window design for the space. Installation and Service exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend Scott Altman and his team at Florida Impact Windows and doors if you are in need of Hurricane windows or doors!

The Worst service ever!!! Now they say that it wasn't you who scammed me with the worst service? everything was done badly, the screen all broken!! And on top of that, they don't want to return my husband's money?
