I placed my order for sliding doors and large windows and paid the deposit and I was given a lead time for delivery which postponed for weeks and the excuse was COVID! Imagine that we are at 2023! That ship is sailed. Overall, you’ll hear lots of empty promises from Rick. Finally, door and windows delivered after 4 months and the installation was another dilemma with these guys. They penetrated and broken all my existing frames over the windows and doors and never fix it. Installer didn’t seal the windows, screens came with no lock, and a 2” gap left in my master bedroom screen which even a snake can get in. I emailed and called Rick several times and he never addressed my issues. Stay away from these guys.

These guys are truly lousy. Weeks of Rick forgetting to schedule the appointment, then "my guy's truck broke down", then "i'll call you first thing tomorrow", then "I promise I'll call Tuesday." He also apparently didn't have a schedule for his guys, they apparently need to come back to the office for the owner to be able to schedule people. Clueless.

Rick doesn't know know how to run a business, I can't even imagine their quality of work. Do yourself a favor and find someone who knows how to manage their scheduling or can hire someone who does.

My aunt used this unethical company to do windows and it took 10 calls to get them started and it took 10 calls with no RESPONSE TO COME back to pick up trash left and then more calls to FINISH! I had my windows done by a different in Pasadena and it took 2 DAYS!!! For 10 windows one sliding door! This Foothill Door & Window in La Crescenta are Really unprofessional and taking advantage of an ELDERLY women! Rude LIERS and thieves! They are charging one price and if you complaint They are asking for more! They threaten not to go back and made her pay more!! Because she’s a woman and elder, she’s beoulnerble! She needs the job done right and finished! Why would it take 3 weeks!?!? YOU need to be careful what you pick to take your hard earn money! Never use them again! Dishonest people! They should be investigated by BBB.

Beware of contracting with this company. As soon as my put in my deposit, experienced very unprofessional service from them. my reasons are below.
1) The person i was working with, Rick, did not contact me to set up a follow up appointment after i paid my deposit. Called 4 times and left messages. Finally my husband had to talk with Rick to get momentum.
2) Paid $200 for him to take care of the permit for the windows. Then, Rick wanted me to meet him at the permit office to take care of the paper work. Spent 4 hours with him missing work to take care of the permit. Isn't that why I paid him $200 dollars so that he can take care of that for me?
3) After the permit, took a while to set up an appointment to change out the windows because he never followed up. Took another 3 weeks.
4) On the day of installation, crew didn't clean up after themselves. Found scraps of plastic all over our garage floor.
5) My biggest complaint....After installation, did a check to make sure the windows were installed properly. Found that they failed to fully seal the outer perimeter of the windows from the outside. For example, on one window, they caulked the sides of the windows but didn't caulk the top and only caulked half of the bottom window. I called the company and they sent an employee to see what I was talking about. They called me back saying that they didn't know what i was talking about. I asked them to send Rick to physically look at the windows while i was there too (Had to take another day off of work). He agreed the windows should have been properly sealed around all the perimeters. This resolution took 2 weeks when in my opinion should have happened within couple days.

Total time from deposit to get the windows properly installed took about 2 months. Took too much time to replace 6 windows if you ask me.

I have been trying to get 2 doors for our church since June of 2018. They never call me. They say they will. Have all sorts of excuses for not calling. I dont know how they can stay in business with they way they treat people. At this point, if they do call me, why should I believe they will get the job done?

Very helpful in the store...however they said they were very busy and someone would contact us the following week....that was well over a month ago. No contact yet so went with another vendor
