Initially me and my wife gave this place 5 stars. Mostly because of an installer by the name of Trevor.

The Manager by the name of Nate casually flirted with my wife. Received a wanting to stop.

I asked for a line item sheet detailing the costs of our bathroom install. One couldn’t be provided. All they would provide was the an item sheet of the parts. I asked could they show where the money was going. Again met with failure. That wasn't available. They sure didn’t have a problem constantly stating they were helping out by spending so extra money on items outside the contract.

It’s a remodeling contract. First it was never set in stone. Second they tried to have me pick a different tub that would be smaller and easier to install.

Now I can’t get with the install manager to get the mirror for upstairs that was agreed would be installed after I purchased it to install it. I got a giant blank spot on my wall

The shower door plastic piece that keeps the magnet to keep the shower against the metal keeping the water in keeps periodically falling off and the magnet strip falling down.

The toilet paper holder won’t stay secured in the master bedroom. I have permanent damp spots in the bathroom. Where they installed the bathroom vent can’t successfully vent all the moisture out especially when the shower is used on the far side.

This project has only be completed for the less than 16 months with these issues. See the pictures.

Don't use this company. Especially for custom bathroom jobs. It’s nothing but a headache that isn’t even worth it when items are already breaking so quickly afterwards.

We had new vinyl siding installed, and they did amazing! They even sent a crew out on Saturday to finish up all of the caulking.

Kyle was great! He took his time to get to know me and my family and offer products that fit our needs. He was friendly and personable, and not only was concerned with the aesthetic of our new shower, but addressing function and health needs. He was quite knowledgeable and a great person to work with. Me and my partner walked in to check out the sun rooms for future projects and was greeted by Patrick who was very welcoming and helpful, who then we scheduled an appointment to get an estimate, we started to talk about our future projects which he was able to help with most of them! We then talked about our bathrooms which were demolished from some water damage and how we were not happy about the communication with the other company, so Patrick set us up with Ed, Ed was super helpful and got us the best deal to help us with the bathrooms! We are excited to work with them to finally get our bathrooms in order!

I had the greatest experience getting a new shower! Amanda Thompson was my consultant and guided me through the entire process. All went so smooth and professional. The installation was clean and precise! I just love it and cannot wait to do the next bathroom in my home! Also thanks to Erika and the installers for being so neat and clean while tearing it out! Quick and efficient!

Patrick was incredible. Very knowledgeable, but able to explain things on our level of understanding. He has a great personality and a sense of humor which made it very easy to talk with him. He was thorough, answered every question that we had, and his presentation very much demonstrated the value of the materials and construction. It was great to meet him!

Michael was a wonderful person to work with who took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through the process and materials when it came to replacing our shower. I truly appreciated his transparency with all the information and how kind and understanding he was of our previous not so savory experiences with people doing work on our home. It was nice to interact with someone who is kind and is compassionate about what they do.

Mike and Paul where absolutely fantastic as installers. They made an active effort to make sure I knew what they were doing during each step of the process and were very knowledgeable and explained not only how things work but the information behind each part of my new shower. It was great have such kind and helpful people here to update my bathroom!
